Cute farmers market with lots of different food, smoothie, and coffee options. Just 3 stalls selling fresh fruit/veg. Chocolate stall, cakes in glass jars, momo dumplings, steamed buns, Thai crepes, and a French crepe place (very delish). Chicos garlic (highly recommend) and 3 local bakeries selling breads. Smoothies were excellent and the momo's were popular. There are also a couple of butcher stalls, a plant stall and someone selling $75 tshirts and dog coats?. There are no disposable cups, so everyone uses mugs or jars that you return. There are tables and grassy area to sit at. It was pretty busy with the nearby playground packed with kids. Looks like a popular meeting up spot for Jack's Point types. Location is just around the bend from the Remarkable shopping center so you can go eat at the market but then go and do normal people shopping at...
Read moreAn amazing commercial enterprise that has put together this local market initiative. It has a large diversity of stall holders locally and from outside the lakes district with a large varied food suppliers along with light entertainment around a grassy area where you are encouraged to picnic with family and friends or plonk yourself down to many of the long communal tables and chairs of which are under shade on those bright sunny days. Very well run with a support team that attend to stall holders needs especially the food operators in regards to cups and dishes. There is an environmental focus with plenty of options for recycling and food waist. Definately worth your time to check out all that's happening here at...

Food is nice and cheap - we tried the momos, crepe, pastry, chocolates and cheese. Particularly recommend the blue cheese with honeycomb whisky flavor - it was really great! Lot of shops sell manuka honey (certified and cheaper). There are other artisan products and fresh produce for sale if you are interested in...
