SITE Trampoline — Attraction in South Island

Unfortunately despite past positive experiences, staff today were argumentative and condescending regarding questions about their newly implemented policy of making it mandatory to purchase socks from them. No patience, explanation of why, or understanding of why there wasn’t an expected change from us as customer. The staff member also refused to swap the socks purchased for better fitting ones for the kids when asked. To top it off other members of staff then used the facilities around us to practice jumping themselves without the mandatory socks. The high cost of the booking, plus the bad customer service experience doesn’t encourage...
