The setup was perfect, with amazing wine, beautifully arranged food platters, and delicious soup that complemented the setting wonderfully.

The ground crew also deserves a special mention for their delightful service and attention to detail. They made sure everything was perfectly arranged, contributing to what was undoubtedly the best experience of our lifetime.

We had an absolutely unforgettable experience with Over the Top Helicopters, and a huge part of that was due to our amazing pilot, Heath. The Milford & Fiordland Highlights flight was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that exceeded all expectations.

From the moment we lifted off from Queenstown, Heath made sure we were comfortable and gave us a fascinating commentary throughout the flight. The views of the snow-capped Southern Alps were just breathtaking, and flying over the stunning Milford Sound was nothing short of magical. As we cruised down the Sound, we had a perfect birds-eye view of the waterfalls and lush rainforests that seemed to stretch endlessly below us.

The trip took us to a remote West Coast beach where we had the chance to stretch our legs and enjoy surroundings. Then, flying inland over the glaciers was like stepping into another world. We were able to land in the middle of it all and really take in the incredible beauty of this untouched landscape.

The flight back to Queenstown was just as impressive, taking us high over crystal-clear alpine lakes, rivers, and finally, over the stunning Lake Wakatipu. Heath’s expertise and passion for the area made the entire journey feel even more extraordinary. All I can is WOW! Our heli ride with Over The Top was without a doubt the most amazing thing that we have ever done. This is a must do for anyone traveling to NZ. The entire ride we were speechless and blown away by this beautiful land. Seeing NZ from the ground is pretty spectacular, but from the air it is unreal!! We did the Milford Sound/Glacier landing ride, and I can not recommend this ride enough. I mean how many other times in your life do you have the opportunity to land on top of a glacier!!

This was our first helicopter ride and the team at Over The Top made it a great experience. Our pilot was extremely skilled and made everyone onboard feel safe and secure. The Over The Top Helicopters are by far the newest and best looking of any of the companies around town. They are top notch luxury helicopters. (And the fact that they are sleek all-black helicopters and look SO cool in photos is a plus.)
