The AUT Event team catered for a VIP dinner hosted by the Vice-Chancellor. Table presentation, menu, and hospitality service was friendly, efficient, and professional throughout our event. Guests enjoyed the family style service option (whereby food is placed in the middle of the table rather than at a separate buffet table) as it created a more intimate and engaging atmosphere. Guests could remain seated, and conversation was not disrupted with people getting up and down to replenish their plates. Guests commented on the delicious date pudding as being the best they have ever tasted! Thank you AUT Events for ensuring our evening was a huge success and a memorable event...

Working with AUT Events has been an absolute pleasure. We received high level of attentive support throughout the planning and execution stages of our Orientation event. Great professionalism and energy from events staff throughout the week, providing top-notch service as well as seamless collaboration with the Ops and AV teams. High attention to detail from the team despite the 3 event sites throughout the week and the varying challenges of wet weather. Great trouble-shooting on the ground, especially in regard to ever-changing weather complications and shifts in food service. We are beyond grateful for AUT Event's expertise and support and we can't recommend them...
