I’ve been a customer of MAKE SHOP since 2015 and I couldn’t be more happy with the service they provide for me. Incredibly fast processing of orders, superb communication and they have really gone above and beyond to meet my needs. With my location being so far away, 5 hours drive from Auckland, the logistics of sourcing materials for my work was going to be a problem for me, but Helen and Alan quickly took care of that too, by sourcing and holding material for cutting and etching my Tide Clocks. All I need to do now is send the design files to Helen, then as I need the parts cut, I simply email an order. Within a couple of days the package arrives and I can assemble my clocks, thereby providing my customers a quick fulfilment of their orders.
