When we booked via the internet, images posted are eye-catching and tempting. So our group decided to booked and fully pay in advance. We are so excited that we already envision what it looks like on our actual trip. Plus the fact that the place is highly recommended by a Tita of my friend. So much expectations turned into dismay when we reached the place. Roads leading to the hotel is very wet. My shoes even got buried n one of the mud stricken areas near the hotel. The smell is awful. The place looks like it was never maintain and taken cared of. Walls are dirty, the beddings are stained. CR is very horrible. Aircon is terrible. NO food, no welcome drinks, no toiletries! In short nothing seems to be in order. Our first night was very disappointing. The fact that it was already paid in full makes it hard for us to accept that this will be our home away from home for 4 days. First thing in the morning we decided to talked to one of the caretakers and raised our concerns. We are demanding for refund which is obviously impossible and stressed that we are transferring to a better location near the beach. But it turnt out disappointing because the manager didn't addressed our immediate concerns. No bargaining at all. He just let us leave and wishes us goodluck. This will be the worst hotel I have ever seen in Boracay. Paying customers should be treated...
Read moreNo star for this resort. Got bad experience on this place- the directions they put online is indeed not true and full of lies. This is located on the gritty part of Boracay where common houses lies. The place itself is not conducive for travelers new in Boracay as well as with kids. Their online directions says that this is 5 minutes away from the Bulabog beach not true indeed. You cannot even swim and enjoy the area since all of the boats being used for fishing where located all over the place. The facade, room and hallway are not well kept. Everything is very old, even staff not accommodating. The picture they posted online were taken like 10 years ago. The cr inside our room have broken door knobs, air con not working properly. What i hate most is that every time we left our room with air-condition and ref turned on they kept on unplugging it from the socket which is not good at all. No room service happened within our stay. There was even a dead cat on the way their front desk clerk advised us to have a shorter way out to d-mall... I hope the hotel owner would do improvement in this place-- very horrible!!! Do not be deceived by the pictures on-line, this hotel is too far away from the beach, d-mall, to the market. I do not recommend this hotel and will not go back in this place anymore......
Read moreI don't want to give this hotel a bad review, because the staff were so friendly, but the truth is that I was expecting something a bit nicer. As mentioned, the staff were extremely hospitable, with the manager taking the time to walk me to the main beach and D'Mall herself (rather than simply giving me directions). But as far as the room goes, there were some stains on my bedding and other hygiene issues, no two-way curtain which meant you either had to keep your curtains closed and your room dark - or you had to invite everyone walking past your room to look inside. It's also worth noting that the closest beach is only for water sports (not swimming). A positive aspect is that it is relatively quiet compared to the main beach area, and it had the best wifi out of all of the places I stayed in the Philippines.|| It is certainly not the best resort, but with a bit of maintenance it...
