Levantin Boracay — Restaurant in Malay

Our experience with Levantin Hotel:

We arrived at the April 7, just a few days ago. The location was amazing, right infront of an amazing beach. The place looks very nice and the stuff was Welcoming.

At the evening, after long day of flights and boating from the other side of the world we went to sleep in our nice room. At the moment I turned off the lights I saw 2 flying bugs, looks like warms with wings falling on my laptop screen ( I thought to my self - that is ok, we are in a tropical island...but), I looked up and I saw a cloud of them flying above me and my sleeping girlfriend. It was a nightmare. Very fast, I woke her up, we organized our stuff and went to reception. At the same moment they came check and understood that we cannot sleep there, but unfortunately they disappeared had an available room, luckily we cam with our friends and we slept with them, the hotel staff uff told us that tomorrow they will have an available room for us.

Next Day: After long day of traveling, we cam back to the hotel, straight to the reception to check if they organize the room for us, it’s seems that we talk with one of the management people. She was very nice and ask us to check the old room in calming that all the bug problem-was fixed and that the room is clean now. We said no problem, and just asked for the first night refund since we didn’t slept in the room we paid for - a completely legitimate request.

We went to check the room and sadly the we found few bugs like that on our bad again. We went back the the reception and said that we are sorry but we cannot sleep in that room because there is still bugs.

Suddenly a person that seems to be the manager and the owner of this hotel asked to come and see those bugs, we said sure and bring him to the room.

He saw the bugs , said - “this is dust” I said it’s not he just shouted at us that he is not going to refund us, left the room without even talking with us and SLAMMED the room door.

We were so shocked, but I decided to be nice go to him and try to find a solution.

So I went down to reception again, came to the window and asked - “ so what is the solution, what can we do now?” But he, The Manager, didn’t answer, didn’t even looked at me. I continued to talk with him, clamming that this is not how a manager act and that this is a juke - still not answering, suddenly he said- this is your money take it and leave now, and just slammed the window in my face...again.

This is an unacceptable behavior. The MANAGER of the hotel was rude, act like a child with any reasonable reasons.

Even the staff of the hotel looked in shock about his behavior. We just took our stuff and left.

Location: 🌴🌊 Nestled right on the beach, it offers views and easy access to the pristine waters of Boracay. If you are after a peaceful and relaxing ambience, this is for you.

Accommodation: 🛏️🏖️ The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful amenities provided. The toilet and bath are very spacious too. Toilet has bidet. Our room was located further back so we get to have some privacy and enjoy the green lawn.

Service: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 The staff at Levantin went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. Their dedication to excellent service truly made a difference.

Dining: 🍽️🍹 The on-site restaurant offers a delightful selection of dishes, with fresh seafood being a standout. Enjoying a meal with the ocean as your backdrop is an experience not to be missed. The bar also serves a variety of refreshing drinks, perfect for a relaxing evening.

Overall Experience: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Our stay at Levantin was enjoyable. The combination of a beautiful location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made it a memorable beach getaway. I highly recommend Levantin to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable...

This is one of our favorite places to go on Boracay, if you're in the Bulabog Beach area. It's super chill and relaxing right on the beach. We've been here 3 times already in the past 2 days, so that says something. There are a variety of seating options, at the bar, low top, high top, and even right off the side walk if you want to people watch. The food is good and for a reasonable price. Staff are very warm and welcoming, even getting tips on scuba diving. We went there for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I had the Filipina Cornsilog for breakfast - corned beef, two sunny side eggs, and garlic rice. Not my usual breakfast, but it was good and it came with a side fruit and pressed coffee (tea or juice options as well). I was looking forward to the Tapsilog, but they ran out. My bf had the frittata and he thoroughly enjoyed it. As for lunch, I had ordered the spicy garlic shrimp and a grilled chicken sandwich for the man. One point with the shrimp and it was finger lick'n good! It came with seven shrimp and it was enough as an appetizer. The sandwich was devour in record time! He loved it and already said he's going to get it again tomorrow. And for dinner, I had the pork liempo (pork belly) soy-infused served with rice. My bf enjoyed a grilled vegetable sandwich just as much as the grilled chicken. We'll be coming...
