Bandar Skyview Point — Attraction in Doha

Its a beautiful "U" shaped boulevard especially at night when all the buildings are beautifully and uniquely lighted. Since it is U shaped, you can capture the beautiful scene from any end of the boulevard. Some of the more important landmarks are found along the Cornice. The sea was blue and calm. There are some nice hotels also along this boulevard. Get off at corniche station .Exit Doha Post and walk across the road and get to corniche . Beautiful views of skyline and boats on the sea. Not much to do here. And in the summer, you would fry out here without any shade. Its okay to get a view in the night but thats about it. you can enjoy fresh air during winter and u can have a boat ride to move around Doha corniche and return back. The negative thing about this place is the lack of shops and cafe's. There is one cafe but is a bit expensive and its not enough to cover all people along the Corniche. The walk along the corniche would be wonderful in less severe weather, which is very unlikely even at night. Though there is breeze, the humidity is so high that you are always very sweaty. It is good that the local boats take you on a ride at a price much lower than there demand. I am living in qatar this is the place which is one of my favorite place in Doha specially during winter however even during summers this place is lively and full of people around.
