Heladería Bolas — Attraction in Seville

Wow. I came here with my son for some late night gelato. Had no particular expectations and was blown away by the quality. The flavours and texture are as good as it gets. We came back again the next night to try out more flavours, bringing more people. The day after that we were back again with friends for afternoon gelato and each time we were all floored by how delicious it is. The PX, cream cheese and figs is incredible, the mandarin, pomegranate and cinnamon sorbet - amazing. The simpler flavours of dulce de leche or the chocolate mousse are so much better than you expect. I am sad that I have to leave Seville and can't keep eating here every day. Friendly service too. I can't recommend this place highly enough....

Absolutely DELICIOUS, one of the best ice cream I ever had. I found the name very funny cause it literally means balls so I earlier took a picture to post it on instagram but later at night I decided to stop by. I got the mantencado 1 scoop and let me tell you, it was amazing, never had that flavor which it’s from a Christmas cookie from Spain but wow it was super delicious. I explained the guy that in my country the flavor I got it actually means ice cream which it’s funny since for us puertoricans ice cream it’s call mantencado but for them that means some cookies. We have had ice cream from the various branches several times over the last week. Between my partner and I, we have tried the pistachio, tostá (bread), Córdoba (incense), turrón (nougat), torrejas (honey), poyoyo (goats cheese), torta (Sesame olive oil cracker) and pear in wine. Even if you order a small cup you can try two flavours. The consistency and taste is of the highest quality and the variety of local innovative flavours are interesting and fun to try.
