Ma Salon — Attraction in Chiang Mai Province

Actually, I'm not used sharing bad experiences on Google, but I had one in this salon.

The good thing is, they took me straight away without appointment. The owner has cut my hair perfectly, but the rest was awful.

When I got there. I showed a picture to the owner to be sure we understood each other of what I expected. It was a long brown hair at the base with blond highlights. No something incredible, pretty simple.

She said for the price it will cost 3800 baths for everything (almost thé same price in France !). I've actually been tattooed yesterday and I only paid 2000 baths for the same time spent. But anyway, I said I didn't have enough money so I wanted to cut my hair only for 400b. The owner made me a discount and she accepted to get paid for 2000 baths. I said yes then.

But apparently, what she missed to say is that the price will includ only the brown color and not the highlights as the cost is lower I guess. Which is useless for me because I was interested by the highlights mainly.

I felt really bad, I think the owner was too, maybe we didn't understand each other, it might be possible as we don't speak the same language.

But when I got upset and what I didn't appreciate at all is apparently it was a funny story for hairdressers, as I could notice they were laughing.

And the funniest in this adventure is I'm actually not brown hair but a mix of caramel/copper 😂

I went for menicure and pedicure service on 16/5/2023, my nails are not well done, gel polish was unevenly applied, some are overflowed to the skin causing discomfort.

I was served by an old lady which she told me she can’t really see well.

When trimming the nails, my skin was accidentally cut a few times causing bleed. When applying the gel polish, the lady was not able to remember the colour that I wanted, keep applying the wrong colour.

Usually meni pedi will finish about in one to two hours, but I was in the salon doing my nails from 3pm to 7pm with a very unpleasant result!!
