Many of these are located on the stunning 5th floor EM Wonder Zone, which comes alive at night and transforms the space into a social haven. Meanwhile, ground and mezzanine levels feature EM Market Hall, packed with local and international street food. And yes — Gourmet Market here stays open until 3AM, perfect for those late-night cravings.

Located in the heart of Sukhumvit and easily accessible via the Phrom Phong BTS station, this mall stands out as one of the most impressive I’ve ever visited

EmSphere spans approximately 200,000 square meters and houses over 300 outlets, catering to a wide range of preferences. From high-end brands like Chanel and Dior to mid-range favorites such as Adidas and Levi’s, the mall ensures a comprehensive shopping experience. Notably, it features Thailand’s first downtown IKEA, occupying the entire third floor, providing urban dwellers with convenient access to the Swedish retailer’s offerings.   I didn’t visit IKEA as I’ve been to several in the United States.

The mall’s dining options are equally impressive, encompassing a vast array of cuisines. The Gourmet Market on the ground floor offers a selection of international and local delicacies, while the GM Floor boasts Japanese eateries like Hitori Shabu and Yuzu Suki. For those seeking international flavors, establishments such as Gordon Ramsay Street Kitchen and Shake Shack are available. Additionally, the fifth floor, known as EM Wonder, hosts a variety of restaurants and bars, including the Miami-inspired Mami Rose and the rooftop Tribe Sky Beach Club. This club is a must ! It gives off to Tulum vibes and they make amazing cocktails! The music is upbeat and fun as well.

EmSphere excels in entertainment offerings. The sixth floor is home to UOB Live, a state-of-the-art venue accommodating up to 6,000 guests, suitable for concerts, exhibitions, and cultural events. The fifth floor’s EM Wonder zone transforms into a nightlife hub after dark, featuring venues like Vinyl & Wine, known for its jazz nights, and Raze Arcade (this was fun!)😍 Thailand’s first F1-themed bar. 

The mall’s design is both modern and inviting, with open spaces and natural lighting creating a pleasant atmosphere. The EM Yard on the ground floor offers a green oasis amidst the bustling mall, serving as a communal space for relaxation and events. 

While EmSphere offers an exceptional experience, one notable drawback is the limited seating in common areas. During peak hours, finding a place to rest can be challenging, which may affect the overall comfort for visitors.
