IMAX at ICONSIAM in Bangkok is an absolute standout when it comes to cinema experiences. I had been wanting to see just how impressive the new IMAX with Laser projector was, so I chose to watch The Exorcist: Believer, and all I can say is, WOW. The screen is floor to ceiling, wall to wall, and the visuals were nothing short of stunning. Colours were rich and accurate, especially skin tones, and brightness levels were perfectly adjusted to the scene.

We were the only ones in the theatre, which was surprising considering how advanced and visually immersive the setup was. While it felt like a private screening, I did wonder how they manage to run such a high-tech cinema with so few people at that session. The sound system was powerful and deeply immersive, filling the theatre with every whisper and roar. The ultra-comfortable recliner seats were a real bonus, offering space and support without compromising on design.

Today Valentines day I had special movie tickets to IMAX theater for surprise my fiancee with Captain America movie. They said have to wait, can not go in yet when we came early. Then we waited almost one hour and then they said not possible to let us to IMAX today. Asking us to go other theater for same movie. I said we excatly came here for IMAX, we dont want other. So they gave us tickets for tomorrow instead same movie and same time. But nothing else. Now our mood for Valentines day is failed and have to come here spend again out short holidays in Thailand... Not happy, nothing they gave us for make us happier... Today we came again to here, but they say IMAX is broken. Now we got compensated with new tickets, money return and popcorn & drinks....

it is very bad for tax invoice service，i purchased 8ticket as one time which costs 5600thb，and i asked for tax invoice，it took me around 20days but still not reach me yet，i ever call their call center，no one picks up calls，i went to reception to check for twice，they can't give me detail track progress of invoice，i even wondered whether they have issued and sent to me or not，but no anyone can answer my questions，their stuff even don't like to leave me a phone number to track for my invoice，only way is i go to their reception to check without any result. this is a worst experience for me，instead，sf cinema does much better than major cineplex，i regret a lot to purchase so many tickets of avatar there，i will never buy group tickets...
