I recently stayed at Celas Samui and had a rather unpleasant experience, particularly with the female staff. While the male staff members were friendly and accommodating, the female staff, including those at the reception counter, housekeepers, and waitstaff, were extremely unfriendly. Their demeanor was consistently cold and unwelcoming, and they rarely smiled, making us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Our booking accommodation for 2 adults + 1 kids with free breakfast for 2. On the first day of check-in, the hotel insisted we pay for our child's breakfast, even though we clarified that our child would not be having breakfast. Reluctantly, we paid the additional fee, which was frustrating and unnecessary.

Additionally, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the hotel, which added to our discomfort. The presence of mosquitoes made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.

Overall, the unfriendly attitude of the female staff and the mosquito problem severely impacted our experience at Celas Samui. The hotel has potential, but the management needs to address these serious customer service and maintenance issues to ensure a more pleasant stay for...

So disappointing. In a shopping mall as good as Central Samui, we had a really bad experience at "Boss Time"! Purchased a watch yesterday from the delightful assistant. Arrived home to discover that one of the functions does not work. Returned today, the very next day, to be informed that there are NO refunds, only exchanges allowed. The same assistant called a so called "superior" who informed me in no uncertain terms that it is "company policy"! With that the mall "service advisor " was summoned to assist. I left with a replacement watch, NOT one I wanted, and totally dissatisfied with the service from "Boss Time" and, for that matter, the mall itself! If I had been dealing with a small trader on the street-side, I might have understood, but for the mall management to support this kind of archaic, anti-customer service, shame on them. Having been a retailer myself for 50 years, I understand the value of service excellence only too well. THIS was not an...
