My recent dining experience at this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no one at the reception, leaving me to wait until I was finally seated (I didn’t wait too long though).

Once seated, I politely requested a few minutes to review the menu, but despite waiting for 20 minutes, the waiter did not return to take my order. Instead, he prioritized a new table that arrived after me, completely ignoring my repeated attempts to get their attention.

What made this situation even more frustrating was the fact that the restaurant wasn't busy; there were no other customers except for me and the new table that came after me. The staff still failed to provide even the basic service essentials at my table, such as cups, cutlery, and napkins - it wasn’t set up like the rest of the tables.

As a returning customer, I felt neglected and disappointed by the lack of attention and professionalism from the staff. I was particularly eager to have my meal as a hungry pregnant woman, which made the situation even more frustrating.

Even when I asked to speak to the manager, the response was merely an apology without any visible effort to address the issue or ensure a better experience. This lack of accountability and action further added to my disappointment.

The overall attitude of the waiter, who seemed unbothered and unapologetic, coupled with the manager's passive response, has led me to the decision not to return to this branch.
