Just went there two hours ago i met two sales men to pick new fragrance the Arabian guy was soo helpful and smiling.
But the other guy his face and attitude was very rough i thought he might be stressed i started to break the ice with him.
Honestly he made me regret talking to him i said hey where are you from he said am from Tajikistan i said wow beautiful country. then he said yeah yeah nice with poker face with hint it mean am not in mood just leave and i left.
My message to the company i don't know the man i didn't ask for his name he didn't gave me time but maybe he is having hard time maybe someone should check on him.

Gave today another chance to this branch to collect my birthday gift and he was same guy i don't want write down his name here same attitude and unhelpful at all ended up i went to Dubai mall they better than them i think i will write down my complain now to jo Malone directly to let them know what is happening with thier loyal customers or i will delete my...

I had the pleasure of visiting the Jo Malone store in Mall of the Emirates yesterday, and I must say the experience was beyond my expectations. After a long and tiring day at work, I was welcomed warmly by the staff, who were exceptionally friendly and patient.
Special thanks to Ms. Luma, Mr. Mike, and especially Ms. Abby, who went above and beyond in explaining the products to me with great detail and care. Ms. Abby's professionalism and positive attitude really made the experience amazing.
I'm so impressed with the service that Iâll be returning today (01-10-2024) to make another purchase! Thank you for training your staff so well. They truly make a difference in creating a positive customer experience.
