I was in an accident last year that left me unable to work out. After recently receiving the all clear from the doctor I visited 1Rebel as I didn't have the drive to push myself in the gym like I used to.
I received a call about an hour before notifying me I would be the only one in the class, I didn't want to waste the instructors time but was reassured this wasn't the case and that it just wouldn't have the normal 1Rebel feel.
I was greeted by 2 friendly members of staff, 1 of which took the class with me (thank you so much for this!) and met my instructor Mel.
The workout was insane and worth every penny. I was again, a little scared to push myself (but I know for next time I can go harder) but the class has definitely reignited my enjoyment for exercise.

As a paying customer, I expect to be able to prioritize my health without fear of losing the class I paid for. It is clear that 1Rebel prioritizes profit over the wellbeing of their customers, and that is simply unacceptable.

However, I called up to push a class back to the next day as I was feeling unwell. Instead of pushing back the class which they made it sound like they did over the phone they canceled the class and booked me onto a new one so I in fact lost the credit worth Ā£22. They keep apologising for the āinconvenienceā but itās not the inconvenience itās a lack of communication on their side that lead to me loosing a class. Seeing as Iāve been a member for several months I hoped they would just honour me the class seeing as it wasnāt my fault however theyāve failed to do so.
