Five Below — Attraction in Albany

Arrived at 10am on a Saturday. Google and the posted hours sign both reflect a 10am start time.

We waited and waited along with several other customers when finally an employee arrives at 10:10am. One of the people waiting to enter the store ask the employee “What’s up? Why aren’t you open?” She replied very rudely “We open at 11!” The gentlemen the suggested she update the posted hours sign.

My family left to return at 11 but after a few moments (around 10:30) we returned just to check it out. They were indeed open with plenty of customers inside.

Clearly the crew was late and unapologetic about it.

My first time shopping at the store. I was excited about the prospect of deals sold at $5 or below only to discover that many items were almost $5 and above! Very misleading, but it's still worth checking out. The store itself was nice, clean (minus the checkout area which only has self checkout), and spacious. The sales associates didn't really interact with customers at all. Strange shopping experience, but this is probably our new normal. I might go again due to some of the interesting...

I took my oldest kids here they loved it and the people that work there or friendly I will be going back too this place when you enter the doors it's feel like your stress just leave you and you be come at peace and it's so clean in there peaceful environment love the things...
