Hobby Lobby — Attraction in Albany

I like Hobby Lobby but today I felt disappointed.... I went to purchase a tumbler spinner because I thought it was on sale for 19.99... it had a sticker for 34.99, so I went to the cash register and Jabari checked me out, he did not scan the item but typed in the item for it. It had a total price for $37 and some change, I told him that there was an end cap with the same items but particularly read in the description the tumbler spinner for 19.99. As me dealing with customer service for so many years we are supposed to honor what that customer says, but I even checked online for the price and it says the exact same price which is $19.99 and I felt like it was False Advertising. I have told Jabari that it was not that price but he felt as thought when the sticker has a different price that what to the price is. I pretty much feel like I got ripped off of my money...I need something with getting the funds back that did not pay to this because this...

Why did I let this lady talk me into going to Hobby Lobby on Black Friday? Why? This place was fully stocked with all things Christmas this weekend. All Christmas items were mostly 50% off which is the sale that is always in place for Christmas.

There was wall to wall people in here today. The store was hot so I walked to the other side for some cool air and a bench. I asked if they have handicap buggies. No. However they have wheelchairs at the front. I sat down until my friend found everything she was looking for on this day. I only wanted Christmas cards.

The register person was very kind and took care of the items gently. We asked for assistance on the floor and the young lady pointed us to the res aisle. We told her we had been in that aisle already. I guess she didn't want to climb a ladder but...
