Champion Xpress Carwash — Attraction in Albuquerque

I'm a new handicapped customer have had problems with the license plate reader. I informed the the intake girl at the pay island i was having problems and she was extremely rude! As a result I asked her to just cancel my account. While in line I thaught I would wash my truck sin e I have payed through the month. My knee scooter was strapped down below the top of truck bed like it was the first time I purchased your service and was allowed to wash my truck. The girl rudely told me I had better not damage her equipment. Her and the entrance wash girl got together when i was entering the wash, talked and laughed. The wash girl had no patience with me getting my wheel in the auto track, she angrily kept scolding me while rolling her eyes and gesturing. She only pre scrubbed the driver side glanced at the pay island girl and hit the button to send me through. I have never been treated to bad at any establishment. Normally I would've gave them a 4 star but these last few times I've had to put in my own work in getting my car clean. Paid $18 +tip for wash&wheel. My back and front end of my car had to be cleaned by hand because for whatever reason the wash did not wash it properly. For that amount of money im disappointed in these last few washes. Thankfully they offer rags to accommodate only because they were a little slow at the times I went. Also the tires on my passanger side were the only ones that got hit with the tire shine. I really like this place but they just missing the mark these past few times. Update- Went back for a quick wash because it was along the way. I was asked tip now or at the end,I had no cash so I left a tip with card. At the end no one was around to do the work that would earn the tip, the window wipe down. No towels to dry at any stall, not even the red holding buckets. While looking for drying towels I finally ran into an employee that explained to me that AT THIS LOCATION, they put it all on a cart in the middle of the stalls for people to grab. By the time we ended this exchange the sun had already started baking water stains into the wrap on my car (the sun had also dried out most of the towels on the cart). The attendant at the entrance told me that my monthly account had been put on hold for some reason that no one could explain. Being a monthly membership holder for some months now, the experience has been going downhill at an increasing clip as of late, while the monthly fee has gone up.
