⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can I give 10 stars?! Because I’m about to.
Before I dive into the rest of this review, I have to shout out the owner — who was dealing with an unbelievably difficult family (kids were yelling, throwing things, grabbing toppings with their bare hands… and there was ZERO parenting in sight). The mother started attacking the owner — because she politely asked that the children not stick their hands in the toppings — and yet she handled it all with grace, professionalism, and composure, while managing a store full of 30+ people. I was in total awe. I would follow that woman into battle.
Now — let’s talk froyo. This yogurt shop understands the assignment. The flavors? Fire. The toppings? Plentiful. The place? So clean you could eat off the floor (but like… don’t — because you have a cup full of froyo, and because some child just tried to Lebron James their yogurt into the air). Thankfully, the mess was cleaned up in seconds — shout out to the staff who handle chaos like pros. Also, families… is this your first time in public?
The vibe is bright, fun, and full of good energy (plus the tunes are always on point). Bonus points: they hire local teens who are polite, hardworking, and actually seem happy to be there. As a parent, I LOVE supporting a place that gives young people their first job and teaches them how to be amazing humans.
My kids beg to come here — and honestly, same. I’d swing by solo with zero shame. It’s a feel-good spot that delivers every time. Treat yourself, your kids, your neighbor, your dog’s emotional support therapist — whoever. Just GO.
10/10, would froyo...
Read moreWe were visiting the area and stopped at the shopping center for a little break. My 16yr old son went in to get a boba tea. They charged him for two so when he got his change back he was like, “wait, this is not right…”. The lady at the register admitted she had overcharged him by accident but she would not give him the correct amount of change back saying, “we don’t do refunds”. He proceeded to explain that it wasn’t a refund because he wasn’t returning anything that he just wanted his correct amount of change back because he had only ordered one drink. They refused and instead said they would just make him another drink. So he could have two?? He didn’t need or want two drinks. After he found me outside and told me what had happened I went in there myself and once again asked for a refund of his money. They refused to do any refunds even though it was their mistake and they admitted it. I asked if they had a no refund policy sign posted and they did not. I also asked for the managers information and they would not give that to me. And really it wasn’t a refund anyway… we were just trying to get his correct change back. It’s the principle of the matter that they would not correct their own mistake. The only reason I gave them a one star is because the drink itself tasted good. But I would never ever go here...
Read moreI am upset to share that just earlier I had ordered boba tea and frozen yogurt for my sister, and when she filled her yogurt cup up with too much yogurt, my mother and I politely asked if she could throw her cup away and make a new one. The cashier, had an attitude about the request and said that her mistake had nothing to do with them, and that throwing the yogurt away “makes them look bad”, instead of politely telling us no, and that we had to pay. He then chunked the boba tea I had ordered and my sisters yogurt in the trash can, thus we decided it was best to leave the store to avoid issue. I am also expressing concern for other customers who have dealt with this mans horrible customer service, we have never had problems at this store until this particular cashier was there today, very...
