ALUMA Wellness — Attraction in Altamonte Springs

I went into my appointment at Hormone Therapy of Orlando as my last stop before seeing my family doctor to get referrals to lord knows what specialists to help with my overall body pain, sleeplessness and general fatigue. I was starting to feel like what I was experiencing was possibly fibromyalgia or severe pre-menopausal symptoms. When I would wake up in the mornings the bottoms of my feet, my ankles and hips would ache to the point where I hobbled for several minutes. Additionally, my energy levels were so low so that the 3 mile run that used to be a breeze was either not possible at all or maybe I could eke out a mile and a half. I also had great difficulty falling asleep at night and staying asleep. ALL of these symptoms crept up on me over the past 2 to 3 years (about to turn 48), and I get that there is a point where things just "change" but I'm not ready for that change, hence my desire to combat the symptoms described. HTO's lab work and consults on the results were very thorough and afforded me information, peace of mind and most importantly OPTIONS regarding how I wanted to proceed. I am now taking supplements and prescriptions that have, literally, changed my life. My morning pain is almost completely gone, my insomnia is under control and my energy levels are steadily increasing. I have been on my regiment for a full 4.5 months now and I can't imagine going back. The financial investment for the lab work and initial consult were 100% worth it. And the ongoing cost of the supplements and prescriptions is negligible when I consider the pay off and the fact that it really all amounts to maybe going out to dinner 3 less times per month. Big deal! Some other reviewer said something about having to pay monthly fees....? I have no idea what that person is talking about. I haven't paid anything since my lab work (except of course for the meds themselves). I even communicated at one point to Amy (the owner) that I am on a budget and basically can't/won't add on new products and that I have a hard limit on spend. She totally respected that and has never tried to upsell or pressure me to buy anything. All that to say, the symptoms that led me to HTO are now almost completely under control and I feel infinitely better. I know that my success can't always be repeated, as every human body is different and requires unique attention, but I am SO grateful that I found this solution over hordes of doctor's pumping me full of synthetic garbage that would undoubtedly cost me significantly more money with who knows what results. Today I officially started my journey at Aluma Wellness, I will keep this updated as to my progress. My first appointment was to get my blood work done, absolutely no issues there. The darling young lady that took my blood was so sweet and so sincere, truly joy, and she wasn’t even a vampire! 🥰

My second appointment was to go over all the results of my blood work! WOW! It’s amazing how everything fits together. It’s like a riddle and they really know how All the pieces fit together. I truly am very glad that I found this… It’s so much more than a spa, it really is a wellness institution.

Today was my third appointment, and I’m just really excited to have found this CLINIC, institution, Wellness Exemplified! The group of people that work here are all incredibly professional and really know what they’re doing. Today was fast and efficient. OK, maybe not fast… But certainly efficient. I had a pellet put in, I had an iron infusion done and I had two shots.

If you are on the fence about investing in yourself and Aluma Wellness, I would say it’s the best investment you can make. I’m not disappointed and I really don’t think you would be either.

3-7-25 review above started in July 2024, I’m eight months into my journey and I have never felt better. Every three months or so they check my blood levels and adjust supplements accordingly. The staff has had some turnover, but regardless, the office is run professionally and efficiently. The medical staff is extremely efficient and caring and always making sure that I’ve had the best experience regardless of what procedure I’m doing. They have helped me lose over 40 pounds and it feels amazing. I’m at the weight that I’d like to stay at, but I’ll keep finding a reason to keep coming back.

If you’re looking to feel better and or change your look, whether that’s through weight loss or skin care this is definitely the place to be.
