Mark the store manager was awful to work with. My best friends are getting married and they found this company from a bridal expo. We had the bride, groom, myself and all of the groomsmen come in to get their suits ordered. She told Mark what she wanted but Mark didn’t see her vision. He tried but he just wasn’t getting what she was asking for. We had to go out there and start pulling stuff on our own. He also informed us that we could only come between Monday - Saturday from open to close to get the suits fitted(this isn’t true. Any employee can help you get fitted but a tailor for the company is there everyday but Sunday).
Where my issue comes in with him is that my fiancé (best man) comes in to get his suit and Mark sends him to try it on. We brought some men’s dress shoes that we already had to see if they matched the suit (they didnt). Mark asked my fiancé to try the suit with the shoes if he planned on wearing them. My fiancé did but it didn’t look good. Mark asks him to take the shoes off. So he steps down from in front of the mirror and walks to me to take the shoes off. He wasn’t off of the platform for 60 seconds and Mark says well take the shoes off so we can measure you. I looked up at him and said wait he is taking them off. I said it with an attitude because we were the ONLY customers in the store there wasn’t any reason to rush us. My fiancé goes back to the platform and mark only suggests that he should adjust the length I think the pants look weird and I send a picture to my soon to be mother in-law and she says those pants look too big. I take the photo to another employee and say do these pants look okay on him and they say absolutly not and starts pointing to me where the pants need to be taken in. I go to Mark and tell him the pants are too big they don’t look good. The pants need to be taken in on the thighs. He said okay that’s going to take longer and more money. I said okay? We are paying all of this money for a suit! We want him to look good. I want his pants to fit like yours not baggy. My fiancé tells Mark that the waist is big too. Mark goes to get the tailor and she comes out to assist. She even looked at the waist and marked it. I messaged the chat to complain about Mark but nothing happened. I talked to Dave the Vice President. A little over a week passes (we don’t live close to any location and this one was the closest. We drove an hour to get there and he works during the week) when we go to pick up the suit the only adjustment was done on the thighs not the waist. I was annoyed at the whole situation. No, I didn’t complain the last time because I would have went off on Mark he doesnt care about the store, customers or employees. Mark had an opportunity to make another sale by offering us to look at the shoes, belts, and socks but he didn’t. He doesn’t care about the store he is there for the paycheck. This isn’t the job for him and other employees seemed to agree when I talked to them about Mark. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone because they might have to deal with mark. At first, ISW Menswear seemed like a great choice. Mark, the owner’s brother, provided excellent service while we were in the store, helping us select four full suit sets with dress shirts and accessories. Since we needed them for a shoot, we appreciated his attentiveness and made a significant purchase.
The first three suits were ready the next day as promised. However, the last set—the most expensive one, which Mark strongly pushed—was supposed to be available for pickup three days later. I gave them extra time and came on the fourth day instead—only to find out it still wasn’t done. I returned on the fifth day, and yet again, it wasn’t ready.
At this point, I had enough and demanded a refund. An associate helped me get Mark on the phone, and instead of owning up to the situation, he tried to gaslight me—claiming he had told me he’d call once the suit was finished (which was completely false). I reminded him that our agreement was for me to pick up the suit in three days, yet even after five days, it still wasn’t done. Then, instead of taking responsibility, he had the audacity to tell me to come back in two hours—as if I hadn’t already wasted enough of my time.
I made it clear I was done playing games and gave him one final option: either get the suit finished and delivered to me by 4 PM that day or I expected a check at my front door. Even then, not once did he apologize or acknowledge the inconvenience he caused. No regret, no accountability—just excuses and an entitled attitude.
That being said, while Mark was completely unreliable, other associates at the store were the opposite. Yolanda (Polo-ma) and David were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, assisting me in finding the right suit and even helping me get Mark on the phone. Mr. David personally delivered the suit to my front door, ensuring that I at least received what I paid for. I genuinely appreciate these associates for their professionalism and effort in making my experience better.

Mr. Howard provided the absolute BEST service that we could have asked for with a large wedding party with 17 males! However, It did not stop with him, the alterations/tailoring service, and retail consultants provided TOP NOTCH service to our entire wedding party as well! EVERYONE was so nice and helpful!
Mr. Howard knows his stuff! As the bride and groom, we were very pleased with Mr. Howard's attentiveness to our needs with the complexity of my vision and variety of colors. From June 2016 to September 24, 2016, Mr. Howard showed GREAT consistency and was unwavering in everything we discussed from the beginning to the end. Whenever, we had a question, he could answer it immediately or called us back with an answer. Mr. Howard was very personable, precise, and helpful. Again, his ULTIMATE goal was to make sure everything was perfect for our day. Mr. Howard went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were pleased with the HIGHEST level of satisfaction! I must say, we were EXTREMELY SATISFIED!
There should be more employees like Mr. Howard who believe in doing what is right to best serve the customers and ensure customer satisfaction! We will continue to give business to ISW, and we are grateful for Mr. Howard and the staff for coming through to make sure our guys were sharp! The guys even enjoyed how well they looked in their tuxedos at the wedding!
