I've been working out for about a month and it speaks volumes that this is the longest I have ever stuck with a fitness plan. In the past few years I had wanted to get more serious about getting stronger vs. being thin. I had worked with a few trainers and tried a few of the bootcamps that marketed themselves as positive and supportive. With all of the previous experiences I felt like they used shame and social pressure (you're slowing everyone down, etc) to motivate, so I didn't last long. One thing I noticed about Elle from the first time we spoke was that she motivated by actually remaining positive and supportive which is HUGE for me. I feel like she really listens to me about my body goals and is motivating in a way that works for me. For example, I feel like my upper arms have been one of my problem spots, so Elle is quick to point out when she can see my body and my muscles changing in that area. It's the little things like that that keep me coming back and satisfied. After our time together I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident... my body is also craving physical activity now in a way that it never has before. I am excited to continue on my fitness...

I do not care what your Fitness or Health Goals may be but I can assure you that Elle has a program that will fit right in with your busy schedule/life and goals from exercise, meal planning and nutritional guides no one is better than Elle.

Elle had to STOP and take a look at herself and put on the Brakes, NO wait I mean SLAM on the brakes and stop madness that had surrounded her life. From the moment you first talk to her you will know you are in the right place at the right time. Take a look at her new book as well on Amazon called The Blue Print by Elle Ross and see for yourself what I am talking about. Better yet order it as it will be the best investment in Yourself you make all Year. One final thought I am a Male 64 years old and what she has done for me as far as opening my eyes and becoming more aware of who I am and what I can be......well it is a miracle...

Before I found Elle, not only did I hate working out, but I really believed I would never feel comfortable or capable of doing intense workouts. In fact, the first time I walked into the Training Room, I remember thinking that that gym was just too far beyond me. Fast forward to now, and I'm doing things I never thought myself possible of - box jumps, lifting heavier and heavier weights, longer and long planks, and more. Elle is such a motivating force - both as a person and a coach. She is constantly pushing me to do my best and be my best both in my workouts and outside of them. She made me love going to the gym (and I'm constantly telling my friends about the fun and challenging the workouts and classes she runs are), and has really shown me how important it is to take care of myself mentally, physically, and nutritionally.
