This was my 2nd time coming to this location. I came back because the 1st time they made a good impression. Making sure I followed them on social media. Post on my page and like their pictures/videos on their IG. Well this second go around I came. Was asked was this my first time and I responded “no it’s my second”. Told her (manager) at the front desk upon entering that I would like a pedicure. She told me to have a seat at the chair and someone will be over to help me. The nail tech comes over, hands me the book with all the services and I told her I just would like a deluxe pedicure ($40). She said ok I’ll be back. (Blonde hair & lip fillers). Well she never came back, another technician did. So Angel comes over (the new technician) she was such a sweetheart and asks what kind of pedicure I wanted and I told her deluxe. She said ok I take good care of you. The manager comes over to me, standing behind Angel & said….”why do you want deluxe? Get a better one… deluxe is basic”. Well that’s what I want and that’s what you offer. That was my response. She didn’t like that…. Smacked her teeth and rolled her eyes as she walked away. I was like okkkkkkkk. She comes back of course offering more, also ask did I wanna hookah. Noooooo I don’t. I jus want my deluxe pedicure that’s it. Angel does my pedicure and we are towards the end. She paints one of my toenails and the manager comes and take her. I’m like what’s going on. She sends another girl over to me to finish. This lady came straight to me… didn’t say one word and jus finished painting my nails (didn’t even paint my pinky nail all the way). I got gel. So I can see that she has finished painting my nails…..!!! Bruhhhh she jus walks away. I mean like still without saying NOTHING! I’m floored!!! Like because I don’t want a $100 pedicure and a $50 hookah or a massage I’m not good enough? You provide services. You gave me the option to choose which one I wanted. And that’s not good enough for you? I was in such shock because not one time was I rude. Never raised my voice or anything. Even if I would have upgraded to the next pedicure it jus included hot stones. Well I don’t care for hot stone. The deluxe pedicure has everything I wanted. So again. The lady came back to clean the pedicure bowl (while I’m still sitting there) so I jus got up and went to the front to check out. I’m standing there and she says $70. I said why? $40 pedicure $20 layover for big toe $10 gel. I jus said ok. Paid and left. The air was thick. I didn’t feel welcome. Again…. Why? Because I didn’t wanna spend $200 in a nail shop full of hookah smoke? Okkkk. Will not...
Read moreSo me and my friend traveled from Charlotte to visit this nail salon today which was a 4 hour drive. The nail tech was moving so fast on my feet with the drill trying to get the acrylic which all she had to do was soak it off which she didn’t even have common sense to do that. So I asked her was she in a rush cause she was moving fast on feet where I can feel the burning sensation from the drill. Then she tries to work on my feet and another persons feet at the same time and the person told her that she needs to focus on my feet cause I was first she got mad got up and walked away and said well y'all can wait which we had to wait for the other nails techs to come in. So as we checked out we asked for a discount for poor customer service and the owner said no she didn’t want nothing exploiting her business. I will never come here again or refer anyone the lady who gave poor customer service had blonde looking hair and look like she has injections in her lip stay away from her she has poor customer service. I do appreciate the nail tech that got me right. She ain’t even offer us nothing when we came in nothing to drink no nothing. She is also in the picture below. Then the owner basically said because I came in for a soak off and polish change that I wasn’t spending enough money it doesn’t matter what I came in for I wanted the experience first before I decide to be spending my hard earned money I come to Atlanta often so I was looking forward to making this my new nail salon but unfortunately I’ll have to look at a different place. I felt like because I was black and not spending a lot of money. Back home I spend over $200 for my nails and my feet because I get great customer service so why would I spend that type of money on the first experience until I see the work because I was actually referred to this place. Basically she saying if I’m not spending all my money in there or enough money then I’m not going to receive good customer service and it’s okay for her staff to treat people like that because of the amount of money that they...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would. Let me paint the picture : walk in for a simple gel pedi & fill. The owner immediately tries to sell me on nail art (I hadn't even sat down and she was forcing her instagram page on me).. another lady walks up and tries to say my FILL alone would be $70, plus $20 to repair 2 nails, plus $50 for a design. That's already $140 just on nails and the design was literally a line at the border of the nails, that's it. I told her that was ridiculous and started looking for somewhere else to get them done. But by then the guy was already starting on my toes. Long story less long, the owner came up to me and asked why I didn't want my nails done anymore & I let her know the pricing was insanity. She then quoted me a flat $70 for the desired style. I reluctantly agree. Already knew they were sketchy. I end up with 2 oddly shaped new nails as the way she applied them makes them look like they're pointing up... and a rush design job. My gel pedi lasted all of 23 hours!!! I was furious and when I went back to get both fixed 2 days later they had the nerve to have attitude & question why I had added my own rhinestones to my nails. Tuh! The nerve! My gel pedicure messed up again literally the next day again & now I'm over it. I will NEVER go back here. Waste of $150. They should be inspected for sanitary procedures as he used a dirty file on my toes and I worked in salons and do nails myself, we always use brand new / fresh tools. Also never got a foot massage and that's mandatory for any price pedicure! He literally did the worst pedicure I've had, I had to request him to tend to my cuticles and he still didn't. Don't let this place rob you. Maybe it was just the 3 techs that made this experience horrible but I feel used. They serve wine and apparently do hookah in here. Focus on quality guys!! I didn't come to a bar I came to a nail salon, PRIORITIES yal. Do the...
