I’m personally making it my mission to warn everyone I know or anyone who even talks about this movie theater. The 4d theater was unbelievably under maintained. They actively sell broken seats without even attempting to contact the customer via the app, email, or even a phone call, If you made purchases for snacks before you realized your seat was broken tough luck according to the manager, They will only refund the seats. Do you want to Have literally every employee giving you an attitude and ignore you? If you do, this is definitely the place for you. As an anniversary gift for my girlfriend I bought tickets to see twister in 4d 3 days prior to going, I live about 2 hours from Atlanta so it was a bit of a drive. When I arrive, Me and my girlfriend bought some candy, popcorn, and some drinks. We sat through 30 minutes of previews until the chairs did the test run only to find out our seats did not work when I addressed the manager he said he’s sorry. They broke a week ago and someone was supposed to tell me, but they didn’t. He said I could be refunded for the seats, but not the popcorn, unopened candy and drinks That we bought for the movie that we also paid for. When I asked why they were selling Seats that were broken four days prior to me buying the tickets three days ahead of time, And he said he was not sure Before shrugging his shoulders and just walking away. They will sell you broken seats. And You will not find out until the movie begins, and you have already made nonrefundable purchases for snacks. The employees were extremely unprofessional and rude, but that’s understandable After seeing how disrespectful and rude The manager was, especially about something that was their fault. I have contacted the cinema Through phone calls and emails as well, Only to be given generic responses such as they’re sorry that happened And they hope it doesn’t happen again. Despite reaching out in multiple forms to this company, Not one person even remotely cares about the fact that their actively Selling broken seats, they have extremely poor customer service even by Atlanta standards, there is improper maintenance for the 4d theater, Honestly, the risk factor for this place is alone too high for the amount of money they charge for one ticket. It’s crazy to ask someone to pay $40 per seat to sit in a 4d Theater that does not work for 2 hours. Go at your own discretion I hope you can have an enjoyable experience, but if you don’t, this cinema literally could not care less. Will update if company tries to right their wrong with me if no update message, Then you can see how much they care about mending...

I wanted to see the new F1 movie in Imax, and this was the closest theatre. Movie was great by the way! The theater - not so much.

Being in Atlantic Station, you essentially have to use their parking. Once you enter the parking deck, there are no signs to tell you which of the massive 6-8 sections are anywhere near the theaters. I had to ask two custodians for suggestions. That done, it was pretty convenient. BTW, park where you like but you'll get to the theaters using Stairwell 3. And it cost $8 to park for my movie, so add that to your bill.

The theater serves Pepsi products if that matters to you. It mattered to me. The trash receptacles for the movie I went to were literally overflowing into the hallway on a Saturday afternoon. There were gnats flying around inside the theater that we kept swatting away.

Here is my real objection - The movie is advertised to start at 3:15pm. I arrived just before 3 to get snacks and find my reserved and pre-paid $30 seat. Then I watched commercial after commercial after commercial from just after 3pm until 3:35pm. I can watch commercials at home for free. I don't need to pay an exorbitant price to watch them in a theater. Then they started previews - note that commercials and previews are different segments. That was another roughly 20 minutes. The 3:15 movie started a few minutes before 4pm. Not only was this a real pain, it added to my paid parking time and my uncomfortable seat time (see next paragraph).

Now, the seats are relatively uncomfortable. The bottoms don't move, the back reclines maybe 2-3 inches, the seat in front of you (I was in row 5) is in your line of site (fortunately no one sat in front of me), and after 3 hours in the seat (remember 45+ minutes were commercials and previews) your bottom will be very uncomfortable.

I expect more for my money in this day and age. So if you choose to go, be prepared and don't bother to...

If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I would.

Nasty theater, VERY RUDE staff, and uncomfortable airline seats. When my friends and I walked up, the seats were so filthy, and of course, there wasn't a staff member in sight willing to help.

The seats are very uncomfortable. Think economy flight on an airline, and that will give you an idea of the seats this Regal has. They recline based on your body weight, so basically, you have to push it to a recline, but if you move even the slightest, the seat will move back. My lower back was starting to hurt mid movie. There is also no footrest. For the price of the ticket, these seats do not give the value or standard that customers are owed.

Lastly, the staff here are VERY RUDE. There is a young man with short dreads and missing teeth that was so rude and immature to me. When leaving, I asked about where to find the parking validation, and all he said was "white boxes." I proceeded to repeat him and look around. He is literally just standing there looking at me, trying to find them, and he could care less to help further. I then asked, "Where are the white boxes?" Then he had the audacity say, " Are you blind? The only white boxes in the building." I was so shocked and confused why I was met with this level of disrespect and rudness. I then said, well obviously if I saw them, I wouldn't be asking for help." He then made an insulting joke about me wearing glasses, "With your 4 eyes, you still can't see?" And then he finally pointed to the boxes. I was so humiliated and frustrated that I just proceeded to leave. However, I will NEVER return to this location. They are extremely disrespectful to the customer, they don't value our business, and clearly, they lack leadership and training. This was the worst movie experience I've had in my entire life.

AMC is the far more superior brand. Do yourself a favor and go...

I have been to this theater quite a few times. I LOVE Atlantic Station. Its almost always packed. We went to this location on Father's Day and there was so much people here this day! We saw Jurassic World Dominion in 4DX ..which was SPECTACULAR! Yes, the tickets are a bit more but worth every penny. I felt like I was in the movie or in a ride at Universal Studios. There was so much action in this film I thought I was going to fly out my seat. I felt the splash of water on me, the breeze of the jungle and the thunder of T-Rex roars. I'm addicted to 4DX! The movie was well written, acted and directed. We saw Top Gun: Maverick ScreenX....now this was also GREAT! The whole theater displays the entire film on all the walls. The sound is like you're actually there in the film. These tickets are also a bit more but I felt I got my money's worth and some. Now I did not care for the fact that we could not get into the theater because they closed the doors to the escalators. We had to wait for the elevator and the line was long/packed. Once in the theater my ticket was scanned but we were not given 3D glasses. So after a tedious wait in line...I had to leave the theater to get glasses..I should have been handed from the start. I decided to get some snacks but the lines were so long. Only a few registers were open on such a busy weekend. I do not like the fact that you can buy movie tickets, which hold up the line to buy snacks. I thought we were going to miss our movie. Tickets and snack lines should be separate. The lady in front of us had so many issues she held up the line and it was frustrating. Inconsiderate as well. Just buy your tickets online. The theater is poorly organized. The employees were bombarded. They definitely needed more help. At least our movies were great! Definitely arrive early just in case.

By far one of the worst experiences I have had at the movies... So, seven friends and I went to see The Color Purple on Sunday's opening night. Yes, I knew it would be busy, so we arrived at 7:00 with the movie starting at 7:35. When we get to the theater, there is a line to the escalators. Only one person was at the door scanning tickets. There was a group of about twenty people who just walked in without a ticket check just walking through the theater. The concession stand had at least twenty-five people back there and they were still backed up. Working yelling these are the only cash lines. There was no organization at all, a complete mad house. Once we got our snacks it was 7:15; get to where we were supposed to be, and the guy stated that they are still getting things ready. It was a trash can at the door overflowing and bags sitting next to it. The trash as you entered the theater was filled to the max with stuff falling onto the floor. Once they were finally finished it was 7:48 and the theater still was trashed... Popcorn was everywhere, luckily, we had had wipes to clean the seats we were in off, but you could hear people getting upset about how things looked. The restroom floor had water everywhere. One of the toilets had overflowed and no one came to give it any attention. Between tickets and snacks we spent almost $300 for a place that looked less than $5. If we really did not want to see this movie we would have asked for a refund and left. My suggestion is to be more prepared for busy days, less people at the snake line and more ticket takers, theater clears and restroom checkers. This will ensure that while new guests are coming in, they are not impacted by the mess of previous guests. The pictures below was taken before the movies and it was still just like thiz when we exited the movies.

Understaffed, obviously underpaid, and clearly do not care at all about the quality of service they give. Fortunately for me, I only come here for the free screenings. The service reminds me each time why I don't come here and pay for a film. I reached the front of the line after a woman in front of me ordered two drinks. The woman servicing that register checked each soda machine. Clearly, there was an issue. Another employee went to the back to get a bucket of ice, then this employee went to the back. Two more employees came to the register to watch two other employees pour buckets of ice. Four employees. I expressed I was only ordering popcorn and did not need a drink, so I was wondering if at least one of them could take my order. I was told they had to get this woman her drinks. Then another employee just looked at me while the others services the machine, holding hands. I step over Lavazza and they are just as slow, dragging the feet like someone is forcing them to walk over and fulfill orders. I am just left in constant frustration, and the behavior. Not only do they not care, they are moving as if we have to be there. These workers are clearly not being paid enough for what they do, however this staff doesn't care about the job. Will my review have a major effect? Not likely. Big corpos, a popular tourist area, and where many residents frequent. For those who do care and just weighing options, this is not it, especially for the price of a ticket. Definitely take advantage of this place for the free screenings (not through their Regal membership) and consider bringing a bag (hint-hint).
