She Salon — Attraction in Atlanta

I am writing this review for LENA WRIGHT here as I tried to leave one on Style Seat but because she cancels appointments to avoid being reviewed on there, I figured I would write it here to hold her accountable! Upon arriving, I was greeted by LENA WRIGHT… and was made aware that she is still with another client. She had me wait about 20 minutes. When she finally got to me, she apologized for the wait… whatever. After my appointment she made a random request that I sent her payment through Cash App/Paypal claiming that she does not accept payments through Style Seat. She said she cancelled my appointment so that I can pay her through Cash App/Paypal… Red flag. No where on her Style Seat does it say clients would need to pay outside of Style Seat or else I would have never shown up. I asked her to show me where she put that? She made it seem like she was “looking” for it on her Style Seat, but then said she couldn’t find it and that she’s sorry… yes, I am too! I am sorry that I had to be the victim of an awkward, uncomfortable, shady situation. I had neither of those methods and had to make calls to pay her. She could have discounted for the long wait and also her last minute shady request. I could tell she was lying and that what she really wanted was the funds right away… maybe Style Seat makes them wait for payment. I felt taken advantage of. I left feeling very uncomfortable and confused… she seemed to have no empathy no understanding of the situation she put me in and how her last minute request was not considerate of me only herself— selfish lady. Any way.. onto application. It has only been less than a week and my individual lashes are falling out. With proper application, they should last up to 2 weeks, sometimes more. I’m used to individuals! Also, the glue she used has been causing my eyes to burn. The lashes keep sticking. She clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing when it comes to lashes maybe hair etc. I would NOT book her for lashes only if she were the last resort! I feel she treated me like this because I am a visibly younger client and she is an older lady. She thought I would be okay with how she did her thing! I doubt she would have done that with a visibly older client. So, I was profiled, taken advantage of, confused, and given mediocre lash application. I WOULD NOT recommend her lashes or younger women. And if she responds to me via text I will...

Ladies and gentleman if you are tired of salons claiming to treat you high end before you get there and once they in their chair they treat you low end lol then look no further. I feel blessed to have found Kim at She Salon. From the moment I entered the salon I was greeted with smiles and how may we help you. Sometimes you go to a salon and the people that work there are looking at you like you broke in lol but this was not the case at She salon. Kim came right over and we began our consultation and in less than 10 minutes she understood exactly what my hair needed. I can’t tell you how refreshing that felt. After speaking with her I learned that Kim has over 20 years of experience and it totally showed.

Now let's talk about her shampoo skills- let me say she took me to a place that I have never experienced before. She has HANDS FROM HEAVEN. Kim made me feel like I was at the beach 🏖 getting a shampoo and condition while being massaged at the same damn time lol. I could have sworn I saw a palm tree out of the corner of my eye lol. When I tell you she shampooed the stress out of every inch of my body lord have mercy Jesus-when it was over I asked if she could teach my husband to do it. We both laughed about it.

Her time managed is second to none- I never felt like she forgot about me. I was in and out in about 2 hrs on a Friday. Let me share with you what services she provided to me - A touch-up, shampoo and deep condition, demi color, and a trim. During the appointment she gave me information about products for my hair type and tips on how to mange my hair while at home. While I was there in She Salon I noticed that the love between all of her co-workers it was as if they were all family and I dig that😇😇😇😇. So I give the SHE SALON MY BILLION STAR 🌟 RATING!! Finding a salon salon that is professional is one thing but when you find one that’s PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, PERSONABLE, GENUINE, AND KNOWS HOW TO CARE FOR YOU HAIR— I CALL THAT PRICELESS!!😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😇😇😇😇😇. Ms. Gina is the consummate professional. She's kind and ensures her clients look their best and have a good experience at the salon. From the wash lady to the young lady who will remove your old braids in preparation for your new style. They are all very pretty, friendly with over-all genuinely nice personalities. Eric embodies the description of a master stylist who truly puts his heart & talent into caring for and styling your hair. You leave his chair feeling confident about your style and fully trusting in his techniques to grow your hair...healthy. This is the best salon, in my opinion, in Atlanta. The entire staff are great.
