Novopelle Med Spa — Attraction in Austin

I made a consultation appt for laser hair removal which was quick and easy. I went in today to discuss prices and get the free under arm session to see what it felt like and went back out to the front.

The deal was $129 per month for a 30 minute session and $49 enrollment fee (for a year) however there was a sign displayed at their front desk for $99 per month for a 30 minute session and $100 enrollment fee (for a year).

I told the front desk lady that I would like to do the $99 per month deal and pointed to it and she replied saying that deal was ONLY for 15 minute sessions. I then grabbed the sign to show her that it said 30 MINUTE SESSIONS (not 15 minutes like she said)...and she took it from me, placed it face down, and all while stuttering said it was an old sign and a whole bunch of other stuff I was too upset to pay attention to.

I then asked why that sign was displayed if they wouldn't honor their own deal and she said it was an old sign and that particular deal had ended already. She also said they were "waiting for the new signs to come in".

That was extremely annoying to me and I left. If you supposedly ordered new signs why wouldn't you remove that sign that's right in front of your desk? I feel like they should've honored the deal that they had displayed. Anyway, the technician was very nice, scheduling was easy, and the place was clean however the rest of the situation was not...

It was after learning, the hard way, that I was allergic to my new puppy I decided Laser Hair Removal was a must. After shaving my legs, I would break out in hives etc. having an allergic reaction to the puppy hair/dander etc. I decided shaving/waxing was soon to be a thing of the past! Then I found Novopelle. Novopelle has been a wonderful experience! I'm convincing all my friends to sign up! The staff at Novopelle is very knowledgeable & keeps up to date in today's competitive Laser Hair Removal market. I was very skeptical of their machines/pricing, after I had done a lot of research in the Austin market for competitive pricing. I couldn't find anywhere that could out-do Novopelle on their machines/price/packages! They have the 'Candella,' machine which from my research, proves to be the best today. Valya is my technician and she makes the experience as pleasant as possible and is very quick so we can make my visits very productive. I always look forward to my appointments bc they're quick & very effective. I now, only have to shave once a month (before my appointments) & could go longer without shaving if I didn't have my monthly appointments. I was excited to learn they update their packages frequently with so many options, should I decide that I do not need anymore of my 12 sessions, I can use my sessions instead for other things like, facials, medical weight loss, products etc. Thank...

I don't know what I did before finding Novopella. I won't go anywhere else for botox, facials, peels, or kybella. 5 stars for pricing, cleanliness, services offered, and most importantly the professionalism and expertise of the technicians. Marianna takes such great care of my skin! She makes thoughtful recommendations w/o being salesy and ensures I get the results I’m looking for.
