JuiceLand — Restaurant in Austin

I get juiceland at least 3 times a week, and usually I will go out of my way to drive a little further to come to this location because I love the friendly staff there. But today, I had a very unwelcoming experience. The woman who took my order (tall, light brown hair, skinny) was very unfriendly and spoke to me like I was dumb for asking questions about some of the add ins. Then as she was making smoothies, she was slamming things veryy loud to the point where other customers were sharing nervous eye contact with me. she clearly was very upset that she had to make my smoothie. her attitude overall made me feel very uncomfortable , like I was an inconvenience in her day. Next time, I will make sure to only order if Cici or one of the other friendly people are at...

It’s easy to describe a smoothie.

But, it’s harder to describe an experience.

That’s what I had here- an experience. And a darn good one too. From the space rockin’ wall art to the flavor blastin’ protein packed smoothie that chilled my body on a hot Austin Day to the smooth epoxy floors that called back to my Uncle’s shipping warehouse where I’d slide around in my Spiderman socks as kid- this was my best smoothie experience to-date. And trust me friends, I’ve smoothied most smoothies. But this smoothie smoothied like none before. I really appreciated how helpful the staff was to me having never been there as well. Good work!

Out of all the JUICELAND’s in town, the one on South 1st street is my number 1. It could be that it’s the closest to me, or it could be that I just get the BEST service at this location. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and patient, Bc even though 9 times out of 10 I end up with my modified Wundershowzen, sometimes I still like to imagine what life would be like if I got a different smoothie 😉 Service is fast and friendly.
