I've had Kesshō chocolate before..and it's really good - locally made and hand crafted! My husband tried their new sichuan hot pot chocolate - has a creeper heat that gets you right at the end! He gave it two thumbs up!
The gelato is made from scratch at their local kitchen and they have some definite 'different' flavors! Since I was trying to be 'off the norm', I had the mango sticky rice (vegan! made from coconut milk) and it was amazing! It even had little mango pieces in the pulp. Hubs had the caramel banana - it had shoyu in it - and he really thought the shoyu combined with caramel made for a deeper umami flavor!
