Biloxi Premiere LUX Cine & Pizza Pub — Attraction in Biloxi

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this fantastic movie theater, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made me feel right at home. Their welcoming demeanor and helpful attitude set the tone for what turned out to be a truly enjoyable evening.

One of the standout features of this theater was the inclusion of unlimited popcorn and drinks. As a movie enthusiast, this was an absolute dream come true. I could indulge in my favorite treats without worrying about running out or feeling guilty about indulging in some extra buttery popcorn. It elevated the movie-watching experience to a whole new level of comfort and enjoyment.

The theater itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art audio and visual technology. The seating was comfortable, and I had a perfect view of the screen no matter where I sat. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, allowing me to immerse myself fully in the movie.

What truly made this theater stand out, though, was the attentive and courteous staff. Throughout the film, they made sure to check on the guests, ensuring everyone had everything they needed. Whether it was refilling our popcorn buckets or refreshing our drinks, their prompt service was commendable.

Overall, my experience at this movie theater was simply outstanding. The combination of unlimited popcorn and drinks, friendly staff, and a comfortable environment made for an unforgettable evening at the movies. I can't recommend this theater enough, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Place was swarmed very angry faced and intimidating management checking everyone for outside contraband lol

Took me and 4 kids on a Saturday. Concession lines took forever with only 2 people working the counter. Popcorn was stale, which definitely was disappointing for the price you pay. My child was charged for an adult ticket despite being under 13. Would not refund me the difference.

The movie volume was so quiet, myself and another couple complained asking if it could be turned up..a young man came into the movie to check and see if it was low but then turned around without answering us and walked away. I assumed it was because he was going to request the volume to be turned up but...nope. So, that made the next 2 hours in a theater super annoying trying to hear the movie over people eating behind us. One of the kids I had with me needed to go pee during the movie and was hastled at the door trying to get back IN because she didn't have her ticket stub with her? Even though the person asking for her ticket stub was the SAME person rummaging through her purse to get IN to the movie to begin with so..you'd think they would remember lol

I just don't understand why this visit was so troublesome. It seemed like every employee there, particularly managers, were angry to be employed?

I'll stick with cinemark in gulfport from now on. They don't mind making sure you can actually hear your movie, have better concessions, won't shake you down like a prison guard for contraband lol, and let you back in to your movie castle free when you...

We often frequent this theater and normally are very pleased. Our visit yesterday was unpleasant. To begin, the theater was seriously understaffed (this is excusable at times-its just business). The theater did not have the self server popcorn working, so the one person taking orders for the 20 people in line also had to go fill the popcorn. There was no one taking tickets so we eventually just walked to the theater. The theater was not cleaned and had popcorn, drinks and candy across the seats and around the theater. The movie was to start at 7 but by 705 the lights were still on and no previews playing. I asked for assistance and they apologizes and said they would get it started. By 725 nothing had been done. Our food was then delivered late (understandable) but still 35 minutes after we ordered. By 730 a staff member came in and said the movie would not run and they would change our tickets to a different movie or refund them. By this time we needed to get a refund because the kids couldn't stay out that late. However, the real rub was that the whole purpose of getting food was to eat during the movie. This could not now happen. The staff asked management if they would refund (or give us a credit) for our food since we never got a chance to eat it, and as the movie was now cancelled.
