Ariana & Co — Local services in Biloxi

Not very pleased with this store.

I was actually very excited to go and take a look at the watches available seeing as I am new to the location. I am a watch nerd so I was interested to see if they had a 36mm Rolex Datejust steel on steel variation as I am a buyer. As soon as I walk in the mall I see lots of signage with pictures of the Rolex Datejust as well as the Submariner, etc. As soon as I walked in the store (with a friend having a conversation) I was immediately "attacked" (not actually) by a sales woman trying to interrupt my conversation and ask what I'm looking for. I said I was just looking around and continued to talk to my friend. I was then interrupted again by 2 men trying to ask the literal same things they just heard her ask me. I repeated what I said and tried to look past it and continue to browse. Unfortunately after only 15 seconds in the store the woman was following us, staring at me, and made another interruption by stating the same thing she and the men had just said, "Please let me know" (or something to that effect). At this point I had no chance to look at many watches, but I felt like they were vultures and I left. I actually don't know much of the quality of their jewelry because they drove me out of the store.

Literally just bad salesmanship. Please...

Me and my girlfriend got engaged last October. A month afterward we decided to look at a couple places for wedding rings. One of the stops we made was Ariana & Co at Edgewater Mall. This was mine and my fiance first time looking at wedding rings so we had no idea what we were doing. But Christina made it so easy for us. We didn’t buy anything that day. But a few months later I came back to finally pick a ring out. When I came into the store she knew exactly who I was, she remember exactly what my fiance was looking at and she remember exactly what our price range was. We definitely made the right choice going to Ariana & Co. Christina was super sweet and very helpful and her memory is amazing. I would definitely recommend...

My husband and I went into Ariana and Co today and when I tell you their jewelry is some of the best and most beautiful pieces that I’ve seen around here, I mean just that. My husband kept saying he wanted to show me something and he ended up getting me an upgrade from there. I’m so glad we went in there, because the young man that we purchased from and talked to was the most knowledgeable and humbled man that you can do business with. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We will be back for sure to do business with them. If you’re looking to get anything iced out or anything custom made this is the place to go to.
