4th Street International Market — Attraction in Bloomington

This is an eclectic market housed in the back of a Cajun restaurant featuring international food but with a strong leaning towards Pakistani, Punjabi and Middle Eastern items. If you are seeking teas, spices and hard to come by Middle Eastern or South Asian products, this might be a place to look.

On the other hand, prices are a bit steep, selection is rather limited and it is definitely hit and miss. If you have a specific item in mind, you might be unlikely to find it here.

By far the best gyros and fast chicken curry I've ever had. The gyros are so good and my boyfriends favorite, that we come here every time we visit Bloomington from Chicago, and pack up gyros to bring back home (the owner even packs the parts separately so it doesn't go bad on the drive up).
