Rowes Wharf Plaza — Attraction in Boston

Boston needs to have billboards that say,, We are NOT a City to Those that belieth they are Entitled OR Privileged Boston is a of The People

Why I say this,, Because it sickened and frustrated me when I was walking down the sidewalk near the Rose Kennedy Green Way, three Caucasian females were blocking the sidewalk. One with her back to me and the other two turned sideways. As I approached approximately 8ft away I spoke in an even tone pardon me, coming through. The one with her back turned to me, looked around with disgust on her face and didn't seem to want to move. As though it took her mind several seconds to relate what I said. I waited a moment because I and my female friend was up on them by a few feet. They slowly moved out of the way. And NO They were not foreign tourist they spoke perfect English prior to walking in their direction.
