I had an excellent experience at Bridal Image, and I am pleased to be giving them a glowing review! I had visited several other bridal shops, but it wasn't until I tried dresses on at Bridal Image that I finally experienced that "this is the one" moment that all brides talk about!
Lori, the shop owner, has a great eye for what would suit me and was patient and professional throughout the consultation process. Rather than pressuring me to say yes to a dress, she consistently checked in to gather my opinion and ensure I felt completely comfortable.
Lori picked a dress for me that I initially would not have chosen for myself, but she confidently asked me to trust her, and I am SO glad that I did!!! The dress was absolutely perfect and completely surpassed all of my expectations! It was by far the most flattering and structured dress I had tied on! I knew right away that it was the one! Additionally, the dress had only been in the shop for a couple of weeks, which means that Bridal Image consistently updates their inventory to ensure that they are able to offer a top selection of gowns. Lastly, the cherry on top of all of this was that Lori made sure to stay well within my budget. Her considerate customer service really made all the difference.
I'm also pleased to know that Bridal Image has an in-house alteration team I can rely on once the dress arrives. After a brief consultation with the seamstress, I feel confident in their abilities to customize the dress perfectly for my wedding. Lori assured me that a few months before my wedding, the seamstress will conduct an even more comprehensive consultation, take precise measurements, and have the dress ready within just two weeks at a very reasonable rate.

Read moreSo disappointed!!! I met the sweetest ladies at a bridal show. The following week, I went in with my maid of honor to look at bridesmaid dress and planned to come back that night with my mother to purchase a second wedding dress.
There was nobody in the store (customers) aside from my best friend and I. We were approached by the sales woman and told her what we were looking for. My first complaint is with the lack of dresses, at least for bridesmaids. They were basically just prom dresses and very few that we liked actually fit my best friend because the sizing was so varied between each dress.
The sales lady first tried to get out of helping look at dresses. Second, she couldn't answer anything and she refused to look up the answer to any of our questions (i.e., does this dress come in black?). We picked a few dresses and my best friend tried them on. Nobody asked how she was, how things fit, what she liked, etc. I had to go pull more dresses for her.
Around this time, I had several questions regarding a second wedding dress for myself. I wanted to know what was available, different colors, if they had any newer or more unique things on dresses. The sales lady pushed prom dress magazines towards me and told me to look at them. Uhh if I wanted a prom dress, I would buy one. I specifically asked (with regards to the color) if they had any that weren't white or ivory. Every question I asked was just too difficult for her to be bothered answering.
It is frustrating to walk into a store and be able to buy any dress I want in there, but because SHE has decided that I'm not worth her time, I had to deal with the crappy treatment and condescending statements.
Regardless of how kind the people at the bridal show were, I will NEVER go here again for anything. Don't waste your energy somewhere that you don't feel welcome and can't celebrate...
Read moreI loved this place on my sister's first visit that we had an appt for. However, our second appt that we went back to decide on thee dress because her daughters could be there, was not great. We arrived at 10:30 for our appt time. All the rooms were full. We didn't get back into a room until 11:10. Why bother making an appt if they are going to let walk ins take the rooms that are alloted for appts. The owner did apologize for the wait, but it was frustrating since we were told that walk ins are turned away or told to make an appt when they are booked. Hence, why we made an appt. I know things happen, but 40 minutes is a long wait. My sister tried on several dresses, with me helping her try them all on. Me, like, where was her bridal consultant. Our first visit she was with my sister for every dress. This visit, I had to search to find her when I needed help getting her in certain dresses. The strangest thing that happened was this... it got very warm, and we were finding things to fan ourselves off with. A group that came in after us had the owner bring them out all waters, our party was offered none. I guess we weren't worthy of water! It was strange. Then my sister wanted the moment with the sign and pictures of finding the dress. She did find her dress. But, they rang her up for the purchase, and took the dress back. So no cute moment of "saying yes to the dress." I don't know where the disconnect happened, but our second visit was not the special moment my sister deserved. I wish it could've been like our first visit. First visit, they would get 5 stars, this visit, 1. So, i went down the middle and gave a 3. She felt like they didn't care and forgot about her.
