Staples — Attraction in Bradley

I phoned to find out about printing a document from my email. I understand that I may need to create a PDF or go through some process to ensure this happens. I need a printout of the email. I phone ahead to make sure I am prepared for when I come in.

Why do I need to sit and listen to all the things you can't do? I may have been rude by interrupting the woman on the phone but I asked her can't she just tell me what she can do? And tell me what I would need to do to make this happen?

I'm on a schedule. I need to make this happen. Even after I explain that creating a pdf from my email would be no problem I know how to do this and can email it to your location I want to verify this is what I need to do and she is like telling me more of what they can't do and finally she is like yeah this would be the preferred process.

Maybe this is a 'no experience necessary' position answering the phones here.. But seriously if there were other options and I wasn't out of town and needing to print out my documents I would have searched far and wide for other services. Halfway through the conversation with her I actually considered just buying a new printer. I am glad I don't live here and have to depend on...

Went to Staples to check out computer printers. Found some good ones here. I like the fact that they greet you when you enter in store. My dislike is the biggest automatic slide door. I have ever seen. The doors will confuse you on which way they open and close. Little spaces to walk through make it. To where you have to walk around. To exit. I think it may confuse you. If a fire was to occur. I almost ran into the glass door going out. I think doors should not be this big. Just a waste of glass and space. Plus little walk ways going out in front of exit make it a extreme fire hazzard. Other then this its a great place to get office supplies. Only three stars from me. I came in on June.19,2025 to purchase some business cards and decals as well as logos. Was promised that it will be done and delivered to me within 72 hours of said purchase mind you I spent $250 dollars it’s June.30,2025 and business open up tomorrow and Guess What?! Still no signs,no decals just excuses. Staples printing shop is one of the most unprofessional,unrealiable Printing places I’ve ever been to.
