Update 5/9/19: The only time worth going to this location is early morning. I'd say morning crew gets 4 stars. Afternoon and evening crew would rate 0-.5 stars.
Origonal review: I originally rated this location as one star a year ago. I go back every so often to see if things have changed. Spoiler: they haven't.
The service during the daytime varies. If they are slow, you can expect to receive your oder quickly and correctly. If they are busy, you will probably be waiting 10-20 minutes and your order might be correct.
My problem with this location is mostly with the service in the evening. I went through drive thru last week and ordered a hot Chai tea. The cashier rang up a Chai tea latte and I kindly told her "oh, I'm sorry. I just want a normal chai tea, I don't need the espresso." The cashier rudly asked me to repeat myselft, although her exact response was "WHAT?" rather than a "I'm sorry, I didn't catch that" or soemthing similar. I repeated myself in the same tone and this time she understood but asked me if I meant a hot chai tea something something in the same rude tone as before. I worked in fast food for about ten years. I've been our for 2 years now, but I don't think things have changed that much. The cashier was correcting me because she was annoyed with me. There's a difference between making sure the customer is getting what they want and trying to make them sound like an idiot and I can tell the difference.
Anyway, I completed my order and pulled forward. There were two cars in front of me and I could see a car pulling up behind me to order. I left my window open and listened to the cashier greet the next customer. The greeting that the next car got was "I'll be with you in a minute." There was no thanking them or welcoming them to their Bradley Starbucks and she didn't provide her name.
I'm consistently disappointed with this location and I will continue to drive to the location on 102 when I can even if it is...
Read moreHad a mobile order and it took a lot longer than the time that it was estimated to be done by. While waiting though half of my order was ready and I had to wait like another 7-8 minutes longer for the other half to be ready. Makes no sense that the order isn’t ready all at once especially since 3 of the 4 drinks ordered was Frappuccinos. One of the drinks was made wrong so I had to go back after leaving and I asked about my order. One of the Baristas who had no name tag on ( a short Middle Aged lady with the dark brown hair with the tortoise shell glasses) was extremely rude. She seemed so inconvenienced when I asked for a drink carrier and a coffee stopper and was even ruder when I came back to ask about getting my drink corrected. I understand being busy and needing to get orders out fast but being rude to customers especially those who aren’t being rude to you, have no excuse. Now the other two employees I had to talk to about getting my drink corrected were very nice and accommodating. If I have to return to a Starbucks, I will go across town to make sure I get better...
Read moreI have been going to this location for years daily. My frap is usually made correctly and the baristas are friendly. UNTIL today. This is my final day. Two baristas were insulting. I have spent $4.73 for many years and have given many tips, so their behavior was appalling. They skimped on the whipped cream and with my drink put more in without saying anything before giving it to me. I always have my dog, and I always receive a pup cup. Yesterday I was given a small cup (not a tiny one) with a 1/4 teaspoon of whipped cream. I let it go. Today I get the same thing. I said could you put more in the cup as there is nothing there! My dog is large. One barista said it's the same amount as the very small cups. I said no it isn't. The other said we are almost out of whipped cream today. We only have one can. SERIOUSLY? Yesterday, too? Don't insult me. I am done with Starbucks. If I need a caffeine fix, I will have a Coke. To the store manager, get your act together. All the good baristas are gone. And now one...
