Cleanliness of restaurant= Windows were clean and streak free. The parking lot was clean with no trash blowing around.

Speed of service= About 5/6 minutes.

Friendliness of staff= They were very friendly and smiley.

Temperature/quality of food= My order was fresh , hot, and delicious.

I am highly satisfied with my experience during this specific visit because the quantity was alot larger than what I assumed it would be considering the fact that I haven't eaten at any White Castle location in a very long time. Back then, I use to always feel that you just didn't get enough for your money... This time around, I tried the #10 breakfast combo. I didn't even know that White Castle served anything breakfast related so that was a pretty cool discovery. My order was very delicious. Unlike Burger King's breakfast meals, they didn't charge me extra to have the coffee replaced with orange juice. White Castle was a staple when I was growing up. To say that my family is extensive would be a sad, sad understatement. The burgers were affordable, filling and abundant so they were perfect on a night that no one wanted to cook.

Unfortunately, the nearest Castle to me is over an hour away. The frozen ones just ARE NOT the same. As such, whenever I travel, I try to make it a point to stop at the last Castle on my way home before the void.

The food is delicious and the staff are always nice and patient. My only concern is that the dining room always seems a little unkempt.

I don't blame this on the staff because it has ALWAYS been some combination of the same three young women whenever I stop by. I think they may be grossly understaffed.

I think their breakfast sliders are good. Of course, their double cheese sliders are good. I am not crazy about their fries. Service, even worse than usual. While pulling into the lot, there were at least eight cars in the drive-through line. One car by the speaker pulls out and leaves. Inside, the person in front of me said they did not receive their complete order through the drive-through. I then ordered a #2, which is two double cheese sliders, a small fry, and a small drink. The server asked me if I wanted cheese on my sliders. I said yes, and he asked what size fry I wanted. I then read him what a #2 came with per the menu. He said ok and then asked me what size drink I wanted. At that time, someone else came over to help him, so apparently, he was new. I ate inside, and during my twenty minutes eating, I heard at least six times the server saying, "Sorry for your wait." Good thing I love...
