I wouldn’t have even given one star if I had the choice they would get none! However I did! Today is my birthday and ordered food to go. The person that took my order was Jodie! I told her that I wanted and she said don’t worry we got you. She also repeated my order back to me. Then I even called back to double check to make sure I got soups and salads with the to go meal. She said yes they do and don’t worry I got you. What I ordered was a hibachi grill steak and shrimp extra noodles and one steak hibachi with extra noodles. What my husband picked up and brought home was not that! Obviously, Jodie typed our order in wrong! Yes, my husband could’ve checked our order but it not his job! Our order had no noodles they gave me extra rice no veggies! Then when I called back to complain the hostess was very rude. Now we are having to drive all the to Illinois from Indiana to make sure they don’t screw up again! Again, we as customers shouldn’t have to double check pick ups its not our job it theirs! ! beyond upset! Don’t order take out from here and if you do double check it! When I went inside the server (Jodie) was taking a in house to go order and referred to what we had happening to her customers! Joking about it like it was funny! I found this to be very unprofessional! When the manager got there he handled everything and was professional. He had them remake everything. The manager was a very sweet man that’s the most positive that I can say! Birthday...
Read moreI'm not one to write a bad review; however, this is one that needs to written. This evening we visited Kansai and we entered the establishment to a cardboard box as a doormat. I thought it was weird and someone could have easily tripped on it but whatever, I shrugged it off. We had a reservation for 12 but we miss counted and actually needed 13 so we had to wait a little longer but that was our fault so no big deal. What was a big deal was they put us at a grill/table that was only clean up to our seat. So one of our people had to sit with a dirty section right next to them. I asked two people to clean it and they never did. The only way it was cleaned is when my daughter asked for a rag to clean it herself, then someone came and pushed the dirty napkins and remnants of food to the end of the table. It wasn't cleared just pushed away from us. The grill master came and did his show on the grill and when he put the steak on the grill a very foul odor filled our area. Some of us thought maybe it came from the salmon but when the steak was put on our plates we all came to same conclusion it was the steak and it was spoiled. The cook apologized profusely and cooked new steak but did not replace the rice on our plate that the spoiled steak contaminated. The manager never came to apologize or offer any sort of discount. I paid my $100 bill but I will never eat...
Read moreThis place use to be my favorite. I turned my co workers and friends and family into this place and today was the last time I'll ever go there again. I live half an hour away from them ordered well over and hour before I went to pick food up and told them when I would be there to get the food. I waited 15 minutes for the food when I got there they hadn't even started making my food yet. I drove a half hour home only to find soy sauce all over the bag, I the salad, and in 1 of the rolls I ordered. The second roll was missing. I called thinking they would compensate me and I was told I had to drive back to them and show them proof of the food being messed up. I get it however I explained I was a half an hour away. I had already wasted and hour and 15 minutes for this food, why would I drive another half hour wait 15 minutes again for the food and then drive another half hour home. For a total of 2 1/2 hours. The manager said oh well... Seriously? $23.49 worth of food and that's what I get ??? I can not believe the customer service . I have worked good and retail and never would I call a customer a liar. This place doesn't deserve your money, I know they won't be getting anymore of my money or anyone's...
