Local Bites Delivery — Restaurant in Bradley

I love using local bites! I choose them over any delivery place anytime I can. The food is hot and right on time. I haven’t had great luck with choosing a future delivery time though. I chose delivery for 630pm (when my entire family would be home from work and school) and the food was delivered at 455pm. I double checked my email confirmation to make sure I chose the correct time and it said “delivery 615-630.”

Update: received a phone call from Local Bites apologizing for an early delivery and offering to reorder the food I ordered and deliver it again. Wow! I returned the call and told that that wasn’t necessary but I will absolutely use local bites for any future deliveries. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, the response time and the offer to bring the same order to me...

Local Bites is absolutely amazing. The delivery time is amazing with the food always hot. The owner really takes the time to make you feel like this is an experience. Not only is the delivery fee worth it, they are always updating you thru text. Food is delivered very hot and fresh. The owner is also very attentive and active on the Facebook page and always taking suggestions to improve his business. I really hope this company sticks around and people use it more than Uber or doordash. He gives back to...
