
I was a trainee in the past season and the program feels more like a highschool club rather than a serious training environment. The trainees are clique-y and have two-faced attitudes. They make or break the environment, I have a current friend in the Summer Season and she says the students act more like a popularity club and take the summer program as just something to do for fun without a serious attitude. The design of the program itself has industry instructors and designed to be a loose version of a more serious Kpop environment but it's not super legit. I personally think the instructors focus more on trainees who had previous training and are doing well more than those with no experience. The workshops aren't super helpful either because you don't actually get taught anything deep since it's more surface-level.
