Have you ever had so much oxytocin from a good experience that your eyelids hummed? I did! I signed up for a facial and scalp treatment and loved every second of it. I went into her room, she explained how I can partially undress and hop in the bed.

I was so comfortable and excited for each new process and product. Everything smelled fantastic. My head never felt so good, and I can't wait to go back. My scalp feels so clean and fresh, and my hair is bouncy and hydrated. Sophea is kind, competent and very caring.

I loved the gel mask, steam, music, lights and scrub brushes. Definitely try it out if your skin is dry and you need a break. I can't travel because of family needs, and this felt like I was in a spa closer to the equator!

I also got a great haircut, definitely a nice way to walk out fresh. The layers near the front are a little too short and chunky for me, but that was my communication error. You can tell Sophea knows how to cut hair evenly, quickly and leave you with very healthy ends.

Booked a 90 min head/scalp treatment for mothers day weekend and when I tell you run, don't walk to get an appointment with Sophea I mean it. Her space is warm and inviting. the table was comfortable and Sophea is funny, personable and professional. The 90 minute head and scalp service is out of this world amazing and relaxing. Her training in authentic Japanese Head spa techniques is flawless and her execution of everything from start to finish is effortless and so relaxing! She checked in on pressure and water temp and conversed enough and was also quiet, which I have found is a hard mix for some professionals to attain and She did it perfectly. I added on a simple braid if she had the time which she did and it turned out so great! Definitely got a customer for life in me. Her prices are very affordable when you look at all you get and you get a lot! Highly recommend to everyone who asks and can't wait to come back!

Sophia’s hair and scalp spa service was decent overall, but there were a couple of drawbacks. The scalp treatment itself was effective and felt luxurious; however, I was disappointed that after the treatment, there was no styling included. For the price I paid, I expected a full-service experience, including styling to complete the look. The services felt a bit overpriced for what was provided.
