The price was great, but more than that the experience was seamless from beginning to end. The website is easy to navigate and the reservation process is simple. I called twice with questions and the person answering the phone was friendly and very helpful. Many questions are answered on the website, but they will accommodate you if you need to call. You might have to call again if they are loading or unloading passengers, but even then they are kind. I called and they were not there (closed) and I hung up and shortly I got a text asking if they could help me. Top notch customer service. Drivers were friendly and loaded our luggage for us. They request we take a photo of their instructions for getting back to the bus post cruise. Simple, easy and most importantly, accurate. Believe me, that was appreciated after the long disembarkation process.

I have walking issues and though it was a larger lot even I could manage the walk. Not bad at all. I envisioned a huge parking lot a la the airport. Nope! You have a reservation and therefore peace of mind knowing you have a space available. No assigned spots.

The ride to the port is maybe 10 minutes. They drop you off in front of the building you need to enter to board the ship and porters are waiting to take your luggage if you choose. I will always use this parking facility from now on. 100% satisfaction for our...

Highly recommend. Smooth transition parking to cruise ships front door. They handle all the bags and driver was kind careful and courteous. Transpoet was well kept up ac and comfy ride w windows and views of cruise ships made it exciting. Lot is next to excavation so residue may get on your vehicle but attendant quickly rinsed the spots off with a hose and brush; wish they would offer car wash would be the only way to improve four to five stars. Otherwise i would definitely use again next cruise. FYI Self park They dont keep your key or give you a receipt ticket and you have to remember where it is when you get back so may be some walking involved but baggage drop off and pick up was attendant helpful and pretty seamless. Exit gate was closed and leaving was confusing and dangerous with so many large excavation trucks coming and going so the proper gate should be open next time to avoid an accident. $88 from monday to friday almost 5 days so considee this in your budget when you cruise saves alot of walking and bag handling as they take you right to the terminal and bags checked with porters on way there. Fantastic Experience – Highly Recommend! I was initially unsure about booking online since I’m not very experienced with it, but Port Parking Space at Port Canaveral exceeded all my expectations. The facility was very clean, and the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. They even offered to take pictures with our camera of my family and loaded our luggage onto the shuttle for us.

The driver was super helpful and older gentleman, advising us to take a photo of the sign with their contact info just in case we needed it. He clearly explained where to go once we returned from the cruise and even gave us some fun tips for our trip about a DUCK hunt we got like 22 ducks for my grandson because of his suggestion of this scavenger hunt.

When we got back, the process was just as smooth. Transportation was already there—one shuttle was leaving and another pulling in. They quickly loaded our luggage and even helped place it into our car. The ride to and from the port was less than five minutes, and being slightly outside the congestion made it so much easier to exit and get on the highway. It gave us a peaceful moment to unwind before the drive home.
