Five Below — Attraction in Cape Girardeau

Good stuff but they have changed things. Used to be everything was $5 or below, and when prices were below there was a sign or price tag to tell you. Last time I was in there I barely saw any signs. I bought a couple things that were under $5 and didn't know it till I looked at the receipt. I also bought something that was $10 and didn't know it till I looked at the receipt.

I thought the deal was everything was $5 or below hence the name. They now have things above $5.

Simply a Dollar started to carry things over $1 and wound up changing their name to Simply a Deal so the name wasn't misleading. With 5 Below carrying items above 5 it is misleading and bordering on deceptive advertising.

Be careful when you shop there cuz not everything is 5 or below at 5...
