bad service, bad wings. only good thing was cold beer

my wings were dehydrated/overcooked and it tasted like only 3-4 of of the 10 had sauce on them, which wasn’t necessarily the server Bailey’s fault, but it further irritated a bad experience.

I initially ordered a blue Hawaiian cocktail, but she told me they were “out of them” 🧐. she suggested a couple of other drinks but they were vodka drinks or margaritas. when I told her I was more of a rum girl, she didn’t have any suggestions for me.

now, mind you- at this point I was still willing to overlook things. -BUT-

I got there around 5:30, it was still happy Hour, and when she told me that my cocktail was not available, I told her I would take a Bud Light draft instead —- she specifically mentioned that they were only $3.25 because it was still happy hour.

so after i was done, Bailey brings me my check, and I see that i was charged full price for both of my draft beers.

before I paid, I asked her about the one beer that should’ve been about two dollars less. I told her it wasn’t a big deal, but she did tell me that it was happy hour prices until 6. (she also specifically told me that my second beer was going to be full price because it was no longer happy hour). she responded with “my bad,” “happy hour is over so you got charged full price, and I can’t get it adjusted. is that ok?” She didn’t offer any other...

This was the experience we had from this place. The server walked around with her hands in her pocket instead of picking up our dirty dishes. Our main dishes came out COLD. We waited a good 45 mins for our order to come out. When we gave her a $100.00 bill to pay the ticket, it took her 20 min to find a "manager" I guess to approve the $100 bill ( I don't know the large bill rules there ) I had been watching her and another server after handling cash, and during covid 19 still around take the cups and scoop the ice from the ice bin. There was clearly a ice scoop in plain sight. They was just lazy. When asked for the manager, he came out with a Non shalont attitude and didn't really seem to care. He did say something to one of the girls about the ice scoop but she just went to another soda tower. And still our dirty dishes from the entire night sat on our table as the manager walked away and as we left. My husband and I will NOT be back.... BWW get some training for...

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and I won’t be back. First we waited almost an hour to get our food and people that came in after us got their food before us, despite having same type of food. We had to ask about our order and then our waitress came out with the wrong food and kept trying to give the wrong food despite telling them it wasn’t right. After they came out a second time, they had the wrap right, but instead of being a Buffalo ranch wrap it was a plain wrap that had cold, dry chicken on it and had cold French fries that had obviously been sitting for a while. I mentioned this to our waitress who then asked if I wanted sauce and after agreeing, it still didn’t have ranch. I ate half the wrap and half fries and left the rest. Food was really bad, the staff struggled to do simple orders. I was upset but tried not to take it out on our waitress. I paid $50 for subpar food and service. The management needs to get their act...

I ordered a mac and cheese burger. To, my surprise , that's exactly what I got. A double burger with no bun, no bacon, and no pickled peppers. Seems they made sure to put the one thing on there I didn't want, the sauce. I ain't mad because they followed orders. I am mad they didn't take the initiative to call, and make sure the order was correct. Who orders a burger with nothing but the patty and Mac. Oh, not to forget, the sauce which they politely put under the burger in the box. If, I had to make an order as such, I would've asked myself the same thing. I would've also reached out to make sure orders was correct, and not the fault of you guys glitchy website 👎🏿. And why not put the sauce in a correct container.
