I am not personally a gamer or a parent who knows a ton about gaming systems, but I have had the best experience at GameStop with Brayden! He has been so kind, patient, helpful, and explained everything so clearly! He is so positive and talks to my younger boys so respectfully, completely on their level. We even misread the hours once and came right before close (thinking we had another hour to look) and he stayed open to let us look. He printed off a list of everything they had in stock within a price range I was looking at, and walked me through the maturity level of each game since I mentioned I was only looking at E ratings. Read morePurchased Madden 24 for my son December 20th of 2023. They were out of stock but ordered it at the sale price. Somewhere along the line the order got canceled (Gamestop Corp. was changing computer systems). We went through a few challenges with a credit not having been applied, plus the canceled ordered, then not getting the sale price, then the order not arriving until two weeks into January.
But through it all, Devin, the store manager (and not to forget Heaven and Layton!) helped out tremendously and profusely apologized for the challenges. But they went above and beyond to get me what I wanted at the sale price as soon as possible.
Though it was a bit delayed due to the computer changes from corporate I want to thank the staff for their aid and support with these challenges.

But while I was there. I saw her kick an active duty service member out with her child, who was no older than 4 at most. There was one slot, because this was right after I left. Her daughter was way too young to be left alone either in the car, to go in herself, or to be left outside. The lady at the register was talking to the people she checked out for several minutes before I left about a dead iguana. I’ve been a cashier before.
