I unfortunately missed the deadline for their third-party survey by a long shot, but felt compelled enough to write a review here. Shoutsout to Abigail, Gretchen, Bri, and Katrina. These 4 were super helpful in finding viable cleansers, moisturizers, and daily UV sunscreens. First time I went looking for a cleanser I told Abigail I was not going to be purchasing anything yet as I wanted to do more research. Didn't phase her; we went through the skin type quiz they have and she recommended a few different options. She showed me the recommended products, covered every question I had at the time, and introduced me to some new things that I would not have considered without suggestion. I went back to buy the cleanser a few weeks later where the other 3 provided a welcoming and informative experience. Gretchen took the time walking me around and helped me narrow down what moisturizers fit the bill for what I was looking for. She also gave me a rundown on some other products I was perusing at the time. Katrina and Bri put me on some new knowledge as I went through checkout (other products they love, frequency and order of routines, etc.) Everyone I talked with here was very knowledgeable about the products and passionate about skincare and/or customer service. When I use curbside pickup, which is my shopping preference, there are INSIDE shoppers parked in both of the curbside pickup parking spots. This is the 4th time this has happened and I truly just canāt believe it. How rude, inconsiderate and disrespectful can you be to not park in a regular space? Where are us curbside people supposed to go? They are designated spaces marked with signs FOR A REASON! Makes no sense whatsoever and this locationās employeeās donāt care to do anything about it. Iāve been a Sephora shopper for over 10 years and this inconvenience is so preventable and manageable, yet they donāt care. Do NOT order curbside because your DESIGNATED pickup parking spot will be taken by someone spending god knows how long inside the store. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in today to return a lip product I had purchased on November 17th. When my sister opened it for her Christmas stocking stuffer, we found out it was missing the cap. I checked online before going out and saw that Sephora has an extended holiday return period and I should be able to bring it in for return/exchange through January 31st. The woman at the register, Shannell, was rude as soon as I greeted her, had been rude to the two girls checking out in front of me as well. I still kindly explained my situation, and was met with eye rolls and telling me that I was past my return date. I showed her the details listed online for the extended holiday return period, and she huffed and called over the manager.
