Best prices around & great customer service and work :-) SO I THOUGHT.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THEY’RE THE CHEAPEST BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

I took my phone to them to get the front & back glass replaced. He cracked the new back glass when he was putting it on & told me I could come back to get it fixed. So I took it back to be fixed & when I get it back, it’s stuck in a rebooting loop. I took it back to be fixed but he couldn’t fix it. I take it back again for him to look at it & he says he’s gonna order the part but then he “forgot” when I later return. But then says he has to take it to his friend to see if he can fix it? THEN tells me he’s not 100% responsible for it because it’s a software issue... which it is not. He kept telling me he would find me a phone to use until mine was fixed but then was too busy to do that after a week of me bothering him about it so he gave me the $200 I originally paid to have it fixed so I could purchase a phone to use for now. I called the place who has my phone (his friend) to check on my phone & they tell me that they told him what was wrong with the phone & he said he would fix it at his store. So I call him to see when my phone will be fixed & he tells me to tell them to send it off to be fixed!? I told him “but you told them you’d fix it?” And he says “oh yeah, I already ordered the part so yeah I’ll go get your phone”.... and then today (2 days later) I get a call from the place who has my phone saying that he told them he refunded me my money and I’m responsible for any repairs!?!? I DO NOT...

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I did not want to come on here to leave a review but after many failed attempts to get in contact with Trent I don't have any other option. I reached out to trent to get my computer fixed and he told me that he would be able to get the job done for me. I paid extra for a screen to be overnighted only for the wrong screen to be ordered for my computer. I expressed my frustration with Trent about the wrong screen being ordered and put on my macbook pro (which he claims he didnt notice but it was clearly 2 different colors) and he told me not to worry about it because the screen has a warranty and he would replace it. I had to leave for a trip for work so I asked would he be able to have it replaced before I left and he initially told me he would, but then later recanted and said that the screen wouldn't arrive before I left due to shipping delays.... but shipping delays didn't matter when I paid extra for the screen to arrive. Fast track to me coming back into town, I reached out to trent to set up a date and time but he he never responded to me. I called him numerous times only to find out that he blocked my number from being able to call him. As of today I still havent heard anything back from him... he hasn't replaced my screen, and he wont give me a refund so now I'm out of $600.... he may be the cheapest but you honestly get what you pay for. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. Despite their initial call informing me of a price increase, which I accepted, the real issues arose when I arrived to pick up my phone. The staff had not even begun working on my device, and the wait was not the primary concern.

The representative's behavior was unprofessional and rude. She falsely claimed that my battery was faulty and draining rapidly, which was contradicted by my phone's actual performance. When I disputed her assessment, citing my knowledge of phone repairs and insurance coverage, the staff suddenly changed their story, attributing the issue to "luck."

This experience raises serious concerns about the shop's business practices, particularly their attempts to upsell customers and provide unsatisfactory explanations when confronted with knowledgeable clients. I would not recommend this location to anyone due to the lack of transparency and professionalism displayed by the staff.

I expect a higher level of service and honesty from businesses, and unfortunately, this location fell short. Overall just an unacceptable...
