Was in Cinci with family for the weekend and they were having a fundraiser flash sale. The WHOLE experience was absolutely amazing. First off the shop itself is beautiful, the staff was friendly, accommodating, respectful, and fun to talk to. My sister decided to get a tattoo done and it is amazing the line work is beautiful and all around quality is better than any tattoos I have gotten. After walking around town for a while i decided that I wanted one too cause hers was such good quality! We went back and she got another one and I got one too and my artist even touched up another tattoo I had for free. From what I saw every artist there is absolutely amazing! The shop is beautiful! And i absolutely plan to have all my future tattoos done there! I will absolutely travel 3 1/2 hours to get tatted by this shop! Thank you guys for...

I waited years to eat even decent Mexican food here in Pittsburgh. Being from the DC area, originally, I'd been spoiled by the Mexican/Latin American cuisine on every corner. Totopo is a welcome relief from the McDonaldland MadMex establishments, here. The customer service is second to none. And the drinks are worth the price they charge, not overly full of mixer like many bars and restaurants provide. The tableside guacamole is a MUST HAVE starter. My recent favorite entrees have been the pork and pineapple tacos, and the chorizo and chicken bowl (they have Spanish names but my brain cannot recall them). Got work done by Em and the quality is beautiful. Line work is very crisp, high quality ink, and an all around cool girl! It is very clean, the whole staff is friendly, relaxing atmosphere, and right across from a coffee/wine/beer shop. The business itself is wonderful!!

Only complaint is that scheduling was pushed back, designs not ready when I was told they would be, and it would be a while before I heard back sometimes. (Don't get me wrong, I know artists have real lives and other commitments!). My experience wasn't bad necessarily, I just felt that for what I was paying that I should have gotten better quality service in the communication area. I can't say this applies to the whole studio though. Still go!! You won't...
