If Hustler Hollywood online can offer refunds on unopened products, I fail to understand why a physical location would refuse to do the same. I purchased something from this store last night only to find it was the wrong product and was sitting next to an identical product in appearance that was my intended purchase. Being in a rush I did not notice. On attempt to return the product the pleasant young lady at the register explained they don’t offer refunds. I stated that the website states that the store does offer refunds on unopened products. She then points to small print on the receipt stating all sales are final. Sort of a bit late to ensure I’m aware of that if you’re explaining all sales are final on a sales receipt.

Hustler, why would you not ensure your brick and mortar locations follow the same guidelines as your online store?

Going forward I will not be returning to this store for future purchases. If a brick and mortar store continues to incentivize patrons to shop online by not offering the same courtesies (refunds on unopened products), you should consider that fewer consumers will browse your goods - what is the expected outcome? Further, what is the proper explanation for why you refuse refunds on unopened products if the online store accepts them with no concerns? Wish I could give 0 stars A couple days ago me and my autistic cousin went into hustler’s downtown Cincinnati! I walk in first I was never asked for anything she (the manager) just said hello welcome in my autistic cousin comes in with 2 other girls and she asked all us for a id we told her we didn’t have it on us she made it a big thing took pictures of my autistic cousin and made us leave I found my id and went back in too ask her why did she ask us for an id when I had came in first and the day before and never was asked for id I asked her was it because of my autistic cousin she said no she said it was because I looked under 30 but the store say 18+ so even if I was under 30 me being of age I am still allowed in the store rii? So I asked her again was it because my autistic cousin because at that point your discriminating she said yes it was because of her and said it was policy please never come here I found out a couple days after this happened that this has happened with over 30+ autistic girls in her store ! I have never felt so disrespected imagine how she felt when she asked her for a id and she is older than me by 6 years im 19 she cried so bad asking us is it because she ugly ? First time visiting this store and I was in complete amazement of the variety of products from the expected like toys, lubricants, lingerie, as well as other clothing, Keychains, pins, etc. Not only were there different varieties of products but the assortment and many different types of each product had me not just in aww but at first feeling overwhelmed. But the store employees were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable as well as willing to assist in all questions asked with very useful information to assist us in our decisions of what we purchased.... without going into too much detail, their advice definitely made for a night to remember that was amazingly blissful after we got home. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is pricey compared to other stores or websites.
