THIEVES!!!!
I bought a new phone for one price and it wouldn't take pictures; I returned to the store to find out why and they told me that in order for the camera to work, I had to purchase an additional card for $15.99.
I said forget it - refund my money and turn my old phone back on.
They would not - keep in mind the owner Nick was on the phone with the sales rep the whole time. Lying thieves!!

Delivery Issues - The non-delivery of services Problem: About two weeks ago I entered Cell City in Long Beach, NY. My purpose was to purchase a new phone while DUPLICATING and / or INCREASING services from one phone to the next. I am not a technical person and told the salesperson that I want my new phone to do exactly what the old phone did and possibly retrieve email also is not too costly. The salesperson suggested I come back after he has had a chance to reprogram the phone because his system was down and he didn't want me to sit around waiting. I thanked him and left. I returned three different times to retrieve my phone however the store was packed and understaffed; I have very little free time in that my life has been destroyed by the hurricane. I finally found downtime in the store and retrieved the phone. I tried to take pictures and I could not. I returned to the store to find out why, assuming a setting needed to be adjusted or something. Not! It seems that in order for me to take pictures with my new phone, I need to also purchase an additional "something card" for $15.99 otherwise the camera does not work. I told him that no one explained this to me when I purchased the phone and that I had already spent more than I had wanted to on the phone. In raised tone, the salesperson continued to educate me technically on why I need this other card for $15.99 more. I reiterated that I don't want the card and that I cannot spend any more money; my first remedy was for them to GIVE me the card since they sold me the phone deceitfully. They (the salesperson in conjunction with Nick, the owner who was on the phone) balked at the free card. I offered another solution: take back the new phone and turn on my old phone and we all part as friends. They balked at that also siting the fact that I can only return a newly purchased phone within 7 days and that time had already lapsed. I asked whose policy that was and I was told that's just the way it is. They offered a discount on the card. I balked. I wanted to be made whole as far as services for the initial agreed upon price. They insisted they could not do that. I asked the sales person for his final word on the issue as well as Nick's (the owner), begging them to make me whole and not have to spend the time writing a letter to the BBB. The initial transaction was made in a deceitful manner, conveniently omitting MATERIAL, DECISION ALTERING information in order to facilitate an upcharge later on. I'm disgusted, I left. I had a broken iphone 5 and went to cell city to get it fixed, i left it there over night so they can diagnose what exactly was wrong with my phone i went back the next day and he said just the front camera and screen needed fixing and that it would cost $280 to be fixed. I specificity ask will my phone be %100 fixed and functioning and he assured me that it will be completely fixed and i will have all new parts "camera" put into my phone and that if there were any problems i have 90 days go bring the phone back and it will be fixed, so i agreed and payed the money. The phone took 3 days to be fixed and when i finally got my phone later on that same day it already stopped working so i took the phone back. When i went back, which was the next day i told him i got my phone back and there are more problems now after you fixed it then when i gave it in to you and he literally said that's not my problem i fixed your screen and camera that all so another problems are not my problem. I was furious he would fix my phone or even look and i was not reimbursed my $280. So about a week later i brought my phone to a place in Merrick and he asked me if i tried to fix it myself and that there was water damage to my phone( witch was not there prior to me bringing it to cell city) also they said that the camera and screen were used piece's from old phones ( so much for brand new pieces) i had to get a new phone because of all the problems. Read moreGot my Macbook pro screen replaced. They said it would be finished after a week until they told me, after 6 days, that "the screws sent to them were not brandnew". So they told me they ordered a new one and had shipped overnight. I called the next day to check if they've finished the repair.. they told me that the screws would arrive in a week!!!! so i told them i'd just pick it up and get it repaired by another store. but when i arrived at their store, they said the repair man left already and they don't know where he put my laptop. but since i didn't have another day to pickup the laptop, i just told them i'd just wait another week for the repair. After 5 days, they told me the laptop was ready for pickup. I arrived at store, paid the remaining balance, and took my laptop. When i arrived at home, i opened my laptop and noticed that the screen had some discoloration at the sides and a white spot was visible at the right side of the screen (as if the screen wasn't brandnew) I also noticed some scratches at the bottom part and a small part was chipped off...
